Description of Work: Although it appeared that I was given a huge discount in price I'm not sure if it was. Unfortunately, I didn't do a price comparison with other reputable vendors. The price did seem a bit excessive; however, they are good windows. Regarding installation, someone checked with me to verify the appointment and they were very professional throughout the process. The day of installation, the installers were there on time, they were very clean, and quick. The installers started by laying down plastic on the carpet to rooms where they would be working. After installation, they cleaned their mess. There is a good chance I will go with Anderson windows again if the price is right - very good product and company.

Description of Work: I was told they would only meet with me if the "other owner of the home" was present. To which I replied "that is actually illegal". You messed with the wrong woman I thought companies like your were shut down years ago. When I fought them on it, they offered to do the appointment anyways. Thanks but I'll take my business elsewhere.

Description of Work: I had 12 wood windows replaced in 2006. I had some issues with the windows in 2010 and was trying to get warranty coverage. I was having a hard time getting satisfaction but it turns out I was contacting another division of the company, not the original provider. Once I was put in touch with Renewal by Andersen which is the correct provider, they promptly send a technician out to inspect the windows. He corrected a couple of discrepancies and then educated me as to the proper care of the windows to ensure quiet smooth operation in the future. Several of the windows had been damaged and he made a warranty claim and arranged for repair of the windows. The window repairs were completed to my satisfaction.
