+ -1 moreBob was recommended by someone else who couldn't come out to do the job. I call him up and he was there on time as he promise, very friendly and professional . The installation went as plan and finish on time as planned, i would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreHe and his associate came on time. He said that I didn't need to replace the unit. Other service operator indicated I need to have a new unit. He was very honest. He had to tightened one internal part of the unit. Since it was a very small job, he discounted the service call charge. They took their shoes off on entering the premise. Cleaned the work place. I will use his service in the future
