+ -1 moreThe basic grass mowing is OK. But I contracted for spring clean up which I didn't receive. I finally called, and asked when they were doing the clean up, and was told it was too late. Which meant that I had to do it. They fertilize/weed disperse once, but I do not see any of the weed being affected. I think I will have to do it myself. I don't know if I would use them in the future.

+ -1 moreThe work is always done leaving the sidewalks and driveway clean of debris. I do wish their timing was more exact so I could talk to the workers their equipment seems to be quieter than previous services so we don't usually realize they're here. That is my only disappointment. We will continue using him.
Description of Work: This was a mid-season change. I was pleased he got us in his schedule for weekly service without delay. In addition to the weekly charge ($25 per week) he also trimmed some overgrown shrubbery($100).

+ -1 moreMr. Dugo came out and gave me an estimate for doing the things I required. I think the price was reasonable. His crew showed up a few days later and finished everything in a day. They did an excellent job. In fact, Mr. Dugo quoted me the job using 24 hostas but saw that more were needed, so he installed them without any additional charge. I am going to have them come and mow my lawn whenever I am out of town. I would recommend their services.
Description of Work: Spring cleaning of yard. Remove weeds from side of house, install 27 hosta plants and mulch area on side and front of house. Level out area where I had a pipe replaced in front yard. Seed it.

+ -1 moreAverage. Grass cutting is OK. They did a better job trimming hedges for us last year (Marco Dugo, who did the work the year before completely hacked our hedges). Sometimes misses a week with no notification. Note: phone number listed in Angie's List is for father-in-law, who apparently also has a lawn service out of the same location. He never returns calls. A. Dugo's number is 847 632- 0279.

+ -1 moreI left a message with the company for an estimate for weekly yard work. They responded very quickly by leaving a written estimate at our door. The prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, we had a mix-up with our old yard work company (our fault) so we were never able to have this company do the work. We plan to try again next year. Although I didn't use them, it was not because of anything they did. They were very responsive and their estimate was very competitive.

+ -1 moreI've used them for several years and they do an excellent job. I just had them convert one section of my yard to gravel. They are very reliable and do excellent work. The approximate cost is for cutting and edging (per week).
Description of Work: Trim bushes, cut and edge grass, trim trees, rake leaves and treat lawn.
