Description of Work: We had yellow jacket bees coming in the house. They put alpine dust in the point of entry located outside on the 2nd floor & sprayed inside of the house. They also blocked all the areas where they could have come into the house. After a week & a few more bees came in again, one of them came back & sprayed again. We are bee free now thanks to quick kill exterminating co.

Description of Work: Tim was professional and answered all of my questions. I did not want my 4 year old daughter to be aware that we had mice in the house and Tim was very respectful of my request that he be discrete. He was helpful in identifying the most likely entry point in the home and corrections we could make to eliminate this problem. Tim was very helpful in answering my questions and letting me know what to expect. We noticed a difference in only a few days. It has been over 3 weeks now and we have no evidence of new activity.

Description of Work: I called in the morning to have someone come out as there were many dead bees in my home and dome live ones flying in the garage. As promised, Mark, the owner, came right on time in the afternoon. He was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable locating the bees nest within minutes of arriving. He sprayed around the outside of the house, removed a wasps nest and took care of the bee's nest, which was in my garage ceiling. The bee's are gone and I couldn't have asked for better service.

Description of Work: Treated primarily for German cockroaches and minor ant infestation. Exterminator was very professional and thorough in applying and explaining the treatment. Appears 99% of the problem was cared for during initial treatment but will continue at least a few monthly treatments to ensure total eradication of the roaches.

Description of Work: I heard sounds in my wall and suspected mice. They sent someone the same day. He was knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He stayed long enough to answer m questions and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed into making decisions or buying extra products. He explained my options and let me make choices. He said he would follow up early this week with me and he did. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Applied pesticide throughout the interior of the house and over the entire exterior to stem an infestation of ants. |Thus far the treatment is a success. If the ants return within the next 30 days, another treatment will be given free of charge. | |This company is the only pesticide company that I could find that would make a first (urgent) visit without requiring a signed yearly contract for four visits. It shows, I believe, a true concern for the customer's needs before company profits.
