Using Quick Kill worked out very well for us. I called in the late morning and they were able to set up an appointment a couple of hours later. It worked out perfectly for our day, as we needed to be out of the house for about an hour after Mick sprayed inside, and we were able to leave during lunch to be back for nap time. Mick even found us a coupon in the phone book to save us $10. We have been ant free, and it's been wonderful.

They show up on time, professional, and effective. I had problems at both my home and office that they cleared up.

Before beginning the treatment, Mick, (company representatives) explained the process of treating the problem and answered all my questions regarding it. He then proceeded with the treatment which included drilling holes in the wall every few feet and shooting a powder into the walls. He then followed this up with a liquid spray at the baseboard of the entire room. This process was repeated in each room of the house. After working on each level (first the floor then the basement, etc.) Mick gave a brief assessment of the situation on that level. Treatment took less time than Mick had originally estimated and when he was finished you could not tell he had been there.

They are very courteous and very professional. They come out quickly if I have a recurring ant problem.

Mark was prompt, knowledgable, efficient and neat. He also gave me some suggestions on additional actions we might want to take to prevent carpenter ants in the house. He left information on a one-year spraying plan, but there was no pressure given to sign up for it.

Excellent. I left a msg on Sunday afternoon and received a call early Monday morning. Mark was available and arrived as promised that morning. Cost was given over the phone (tip: check your yellow pages for a coupon) and there were no variances. He took care of the problems and also sprayed around the perimeter of the house. Mark easily answered my questions and briefly mentioned their quarterly program. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

BEFORE CALLING QUICK KILL, MY HUSBAND AND I WERE CHASING AND KILLING 10-15 CARPENTER ANTS PER DAY, PRIMARILY IN OUR MASTER BATH AND KITCHEN. AFTER A FEW DAYS OF THIS, I FOUND SEVERAL ANTS IN MY TODDLER'S BEDROOM AND DECIDED TO HIRE AN EXTERMINATOR. I ASKED TWO GLENVIEW NEIGHBORS/FRIENDS FOR REFERRALS AND THEY RECOMMENDED QUICK KILL. THEN, I FOUND MARK'S CO. ON ANGIE'S LIST WITH POSITIVE REVIEWS, SO I CALLED. MARK HIMSELF WAS ABLE TO COME TO OUR HOME IN A TIMELY FASHION (ONE DAY AFTER MY INITIAL CALL). HE WAS PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND VERY PATIENT WITH MY CURIOUS 2 1/2 YEAR OLD SON WHO WANTED TO ''HELP'' (E.G., HOLD TOOLS, WATCH DRILLING OF HOLES). I HAVE NOW SIGNED UP FOR QUICK KILL'S ANNUAL SERVICE PLAN AND HAVE BENEFITED FROM THEIR HELP AGAIN AS WE HAVE BEEN FOUND BY TWO WASP COLONIES (NESTS IN FRONT OF HOME AND LATER, IN BACK!). I'M VERY HAPPY THUS FAR WITH QUICK KILL, MARK AND THE EMPLOYEE WHO ANSWERS THE COMPANY'S TELEPHONE.

HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE I'VE USED THEM. THEY ARE GOOD. THEY COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. AND IF THERE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM THAT OCCURS DURING YOUR QUARTERLY SERVICE, THEY DON'T CHARGE EXTRA.

USED SCARE TACTICS TO ATTEMPT TO SELL EXTERMINATION CONTRACTS. AFTER WE FELL FOR IT (ONCE), THEY ATTEMPTED TO MISLEAD US INTO BELIEVING WE WERE STILL UNDER CONTRACT.
