Everything went great, starting with the scheduling. Spoke to a woman who was very knowledgeable and booked a time for someone to come out. They gave me a 2 hour window and Mike showed up within the first half of the window - he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He treated our ant problem and was incredibly thorough, explaining everything in great detail. He also found some evidence of mice, so he placed some traps. Mike was also very sweet with my two year old son who was very curious as Mike surveyed the area - he engaged with him, pointed out ants for him to look at and was just overall very kind. With all things being equal, I prefer service providers that not only can do their job well, but can connect with the customer. I should also note that we also had Terminix out to check out the problem and I didn't find their rep very knowledgeable and he really just wanted to sell me on an annual package. What I liked about Quick Kill was their approach to address my immediate concern and their expertise. While they offered up a package deal as well, it was a soft sell and I have more confidence in their skill set. I also like that if we decide to do a annual maintenance, I could apply my charge from today to the package cost. Keep up the great work, Quick Kill!

I was so impressed with this company!! I called this morning hoping to get an appointment within a few days to address an ant problem I was having in my home. The receptionist informed me that there had been a cancellation and that they could send someone out within a 2 hour time frame on the same day. Tim arrived at my home promptly at 9:30. He could not have been more professional and informative regarding the treatment he was providing to address my problem. I will certainly be calling Quick Kill again in the future should I be in need of their services. I was very pleased and impressed!!

Great. The ant issue was resolved immediately. Why did I wait so long? What I liked about the truck was the company name was only on the license plate. I prefer not to have a big truck with a rat painted on its' side parked in the driveway of my home:)

Waste of money. Still have loads of stink bugs and box elders all over house and they are now getting indoors.

When I called to make an appointment I was quoted two prices over the phone, based on the type of problem we might be facing. (With or without carpenter ants and termites.) Mike showed up on time. He walked around the house with us, inside and outside, explaining our situation in detail. They use environmentally safe applications, so our dog was safe in the house and outside. We saw instant results but have signed up for quarterly maintenance to make sure the ants and rodents go away for good. No carpenter ants or termites. We were charged one of the quoted prices as described. Mike is very knowledgable, patient and polite. I highly recommend this company.

I cancelled before they came out because a family of stray cats came in and wiped them out. The cats have moved on and I will probably recall Quick Kill next spring.

I decided to treat my empty condo for silverfish and house centipedes before moving in as I'd discovered new bugs in almost every room over a few visits. I emailed Quick Kill for information on a weekend night and was offered a service call first thing Monday morning. I appreciated the speed of service and it was a thorough job. Quick Kill's owner provided the service and he was very professional. Its been a couple of weeks and I haven't found any uninvited guests, so I'm very happy. I would use Quick Kill again without hesitation.

After opening up our windows one late May day, we noticed several winged carpenter ants crawling around on the carpets and on the walls of our daughters bedroom. We found at least 9 winged ants in a matter of minutes. We called Mark at Quick Kill after looking up on Angie's List and reading several very favorable reviews. Mark was out here promptly to inspect the problem and look around. So, after a quick Q & A and inspection, Mark determined we had a carpenter ant problem and explained why. He then began to drill pencil-tip-sized holes at the top of the baseboards in our bedrooms and other areas. He also treated the outside of the house and inside the garage, since our daughters bedroom is just above the garage. Before we called Mark, we would notice from time to time winged carpenter ants on our driveway, too. After over 2 weeks since Mark serviced our property, and having the windows open several times, we have seen no live ants in the house, particularly in our daughters bedroom or crawling around on our driveway. We have seen some dead ants inside the house, but were told that could happen as the ants are dying off. Mark recommended their maintenance service, which we agreed we probably needed so we signed up it, since it also was reasonable. It's been great not having any live ants crawling around inside or out, so Mark took care of the of the problem for us. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, non-pushy, very pleasant and kind. Very friendly. I called on Sunday evening and came Monday morning, I need to wait two weeks for results before I can seal the wholes but if not controlled exterminator would come back for touch up. This is my first pest control contact and I will continue to use them.

They came out the same day. Very professional and was very concerned about getting at our ant problem. 4 Days later and we are very happy with seeing the ant population go away. Hope this holds a while. (They do offer a 30 day guarantee).

Mark arrived on time and was completely professional. He was very informative, providing tips about what to do / not to do around the house to help keep the insects out. He sprayed the entire outside of the home as well as the basement, and even picked up that hive that landed in our driveway just days before. We were extremely happy with the service and feel better knowing that hour home is protected going forward.

Quick Kill was flexible when rescheduling due to weather. Gary called to confirm service in advance of my appointment time, and was punctual. He pointed out that I had carpenter ants in the yard, and took care of the mounds while doing the external extermination. He was polite and very professional.

While having ants in your home is not ideal, the visit was the best I could ask for. Making an appointment was simple, they arrived on time and the service was thorough and comes with a 1 month warranty.
