Very personable and responsive. Very skilled. Very prompt . we love to cook and even the thought to leave without kitchen for a long time was painful, but our contractor along with our designers ( Avanti Kitchen Gallery in Highland Park, Ill ) was very prompt and our remodeling turned out to be only 3.5 week project. . All were hardworking honest individuals, who made our kitchen very beautiful and functional. Any issues that came up (as there always is) were quickly modified to our satisfaction. will hire them again

We were put in contact with Prime Building Construction through the company we bought our kitchen cabinets. PBC was not listed on Angies List, but I checked some references and based on the very positive responses we contracted with them. We could not be happier with our choice. They were punctual, clean, polite, highly efficient with their time and the quality of their work and attention to detail is fantastic. Alex was our main contact and he was an absolutely delightful person to work with and talk to. He was also helpful in recommending great sources for other products like floor tile, backsplash and appliances. Alex kept us apprised of the progress and what was being scheduled on a daily basis. I could reach Alex anytime I wanted with questions and he either answered his phone directly or returned my call within 10 minutes or less. The communications with PBC is excellent! The project scheduling was flawless and the only delays we had were due to some required reworking of one of our cabinets. PBC works off a strict documented estimate sheet. Any changes, deletions, add-ons are estimated and signed-off by both the customer and PBC. No surprises on the settlement date. I thought their bid was very reasonable. Not only was the workmanship beautiful, you can count on PBC to provide creative ideas and solutions during installation. They handled the entire project from start to finish and all I had to do was open the door. On that point, we both work, so we gave PBC complete access to our home. This company and their workers are completely trustworthy. I would recommend them without hesitation.
