We used them for almost 2 Years and they were never able to fix our mouse issue. They set up bait stations to get rid of mice already in the house but we wanted them to find out where they were entering the house. I would only recommend Pointe Pest for insect control not rodents. We hired a company that specializes in mice and they found the point of entry right away and we haven’t had an issue since.
Description of Work: We hired Pointe Pest because we were getting mice in our basement.
