Jerry, Gregor and Viktor are fantastic. Everything went very smoothly. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They worked hard and kept the work area as tidy as possibly. These guys are true professionals -- they took great care to prep the walls so the paint job would look perfect. My house is old and the walls are plaster, so this is a tedious job. I've had them back a few times for touch ups following electric work, and they always show up promptly and do an amazing job. I'm really glad to have found these guys and wouldn't use anyone else for my painting.

They did a great job and it took them just over two days. I imagine it would've taken less time, but our condo association has limits on when contractors can work. The edges are great and there's no indication that they were even in here -- other than the great new paint, of course. Highly recommended.

Jerry came out and did a walkthrough to provide an estimate. He emailed the proposal approximately 1 week later. He was able to start soon thereafter, and completed the job on time and budget. The quality of the work was excellent, and we'd hire them again.

I got estimates from five companies and their price was one of the lower ones I received. They were a favorite from the start based on what I was told would be done for the prep work and the type of paint they used. Jerry is extremely professional and he and his crew were excellent with the details. They were also prompt, polite, quiet, and clean. I highly recommend them. They work very hard and won't cut corners or skimp on materials. The estimate was complete, straightforward, and easy to understand, unlike a couple of the others I received. Just before leaving on the last day they asked me to check over everything to make sure it was to my satisfaction and said they would work on anything I wasn't happy with. I was extremely satisfied with everything. It's a thrill to find a company where the crew takes such pride in their work. I'll be using them in the future and will recommend them to neighbors and friends.

PJ's painted my entire 2 bedroom condo in Glenview, and did a wonderful, professional job. The work was done in 2 phases. Since I was moving in less than 2 weeks, I wanted at least 1/2 of the place done before I moved in. So, Jerry at PJ's agreed to do the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths within a week after I called him. This phase 1 work was done before I had moved any furniture in, which really made things easy for me. They used primer and 2 coats of paint, and did excellent work on the moldings and ceiling. They did most of the work in 2 days, and finished up the 3rd day. I called Jerry about 4 weeks later, after I was moved in, and said I'd be ready any time for the 2nd phase. He promised to call me back within a few days to schedule. Sure enough, he called back a few days later, and scheduled the painting of rest my condo. So, PJ's painted the rest of the place--living room, dining room, halls, closets, and kitchen. I left them my keys, and they painted my place on Thurs and Friday while I was at work. They completed the job on Saturday. Since I had my furniture in this time, they moved and covered all furniture and TV's. They did great work, at the scheduled time.I'd highly recommend PJ's Painting. They are very reliable and honest, returning calls and doing work at the scheduled time. The amount he quoted me for both phases, about $3,800, was exactly what I paid. I am very glad on found PJ's on Angies List.

Jerry and his team provide outstanding quality and attention to detail. The walls are impeccable. They were prompt and reliable. Most importantly, they wanted to ensure that I was satisfied each step of the way. Extra effort was put in upfront in patching and repairing. They were flexible to adjust to additional projects, 3 different brands of paint, and scheduling around other work being done in the house. The quote was accurate and competitively priced. Jerry is good about communicating and clarifying the work to be done. Clearly they put service first. I'd definitely hire them again!

It was great. We got an estimate for a deck refinish a year ago and could not find a span of a few rain-free days until July--at that point we decided to wait another year. As soon as it was warm enough, Jerry was checking the weather for us and called with a good date. He honored the estimate from the year before, was right on time, and got the job done in one day. It went great!

The painters were excellent. They were here every day exactly on time, and finished the work in a little over two weeks. Each day they cleaned up, and when they were done you couldn't tell they had been here. Everything was protected. Nothing was missed and now everything looks really well done. And they were the lowest bidder of four bids!

Jerry and his team are just incredible. After hiring them to paint the entire interior of our home and being thrilled with the results, we turned to him to paint our doors as well. He was very conscientious, checking in with us regarding weather postponements and helpful in terms of advising us on colors. He was on time on a Saturday and completed the job in just a few hours. And it looks great!

Jerry and his team (Martin) are fantastic. They thoroughly prepare the walls for painting to ensure that the look is smooth. They take great care to keep the house clean. Their work is fantastic and on the rare occasion that there is a mistake, they will quickly fix it. Jerry did a beautiful venetian plaster finish in a powder room and created a custom stain for some beadboard work and a master vanity. Jerry is professional, thorough, punctual and very skilled. This was a huge job and Jerry's work is top quality, but the charge is very reasonable. We were so lucky to find him!

As usual, Jerry and his team (Martin) did an excellent job. They were professional, punctual, clean and did great work. Jerry takes the time to provide stain samples so that we know exactly what we are getting. It is really a pleasure to work with him and the fence looks amazing.

This experience was absolutely phenomenal. We are very reliant on Angie's List and were hesitant to go outside of it, but Jerry came highly recommended. We asked for references and called them and got the same reports. His estimate was a good deal less than those of other vendors, so we gave him a try. Throughout the project, he was thorough and paid close attention to detail. Once we had decided on colors, we walked through our property together, him asking about where paint breaks would happen, etc. He would give us his recommendations as well. He also called us throughout the project if he had any other questions. He and his crew worked from 7 to 5 every day, and about a half day on Saturday and finished the project in a week. It looks absolutely fantastic, and we are just thrilled with it. He was a pleasure to work with!!!
