My experiences with Northern Power Washing were terrific.

With the recent polar vortex I developed an abundance of snow and ice on my roof and in my gutters. Both the owner Ben and his amazing helper Brad were quick to respond, communicative and professional. They did an outstanding job removing the snow and ice in a timely fashion, and gave tips for avoiding the same problem in the future. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future!

It went extremely well. Ben and his group are very professional. They completed tasks in a timely manner, and they knew what they were doing in cleaning our Dryvit walls. The pricing was competitive, and it was a pleasure working with Ben. We would be considered a "Raving Fan" as we would highly recommend NPW.

I realized that if I was to get the deck power washed for an event we're planning, I needed to do it immediately, so I have time to touch up some of the paint. I called Ben at around 8am and asked if they could do the job this week and he said yes, either this afternoon or Friday. He suggested I email him pictures so he can give an estimate. I did so almost immediately and within an hour I had a quote. The price seemed reasonable to me. I immediately signed the quote and returned it. A short time later he told me someone would be over shortly. Brad arrived, I showed him what I needed done and he got right to work. A few hours later he completed the work. I looked it over and he did a great job. I was worried about removing more paint from the deck and cautioned him about it and he did a great job with out making the paint worse. The concrete and side of the house looked great too. I wish I could give them more than an A for responsiveness, they sure were. I will definitely use them again, very professional.

They came on time. Everything was set up quickly. The crew was very courteous and completed the wash within 90 minutes. The patio was horrible after 4 years of exposure to the elements. After they were done it looked like new. \

I will definitely use Northern Seasonal Services for work on my home in the future. These guys are hard working professionals. I received estimates for five different services: 1) Removing the algae & mold on the north slope of my roof (I had just replaced my gutters); 2) power cleaning my home; 3) washing the windows inside and out; 4) power cleaning my large deck; and 5) staining the deck. I ended up contracting for all of these services and they did a superlative job. Ben Orr, the owner, met with me in advance to go over the details of the proposed work and stayed in touch regularly as he monitored the completion of the work. His crew, led by Brad, was very diligent and displayed a work ethic I would like to see more often in contracting teams. Crew members Mike and Tom were also super workers. Ben?s operation is highly professional and is supported by a substantial investment in resources and equipment. These are not a bunch of guys looking to make a few bucks over the summer and then looking elsewhere for a job. These men were very professional and reliable. When the job took longer than they estimated, they stuck with it without any complaint or request for a budget adjustment. They promised a quality job and they delivered. Thank you, Ben! My patio was really gross. When they finished it looked amazing. They were very polite and very helpful. They did everything that I asked. I am very pleased with the service.

I scheduled Northern Seasonal to power wash my house & windows. They showed up on time and did a thorough job cleaning everything. They even washed down my paver patio and made sure to clean up & hose all the debris away before they left. They are very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

The owner Ben was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew which areas were safe for power washing and which were not. A detailed quotation came quickly with breakdown of services.He was also able to accommodate our rush request in scheduling the work. Ben and his staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. And we cannot be happier with the result. We'll be using him for our next project - windows/screens.

They did a great job. As soon as i bought the Angie's LIst deal, they called and emailed proactively to set up an appointment. Once we had it set, they worked me right in the schedule, showed up on time, and did a very good job cleaning the windows, including doing the inside around my son's nap schedule

Ben did a great job on both window cleaning and power washing our patio. He was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use him again without hesitation.

Brad was a little late, but he apologized and got right to work! It took six and a half hours (because he did such an amazing job) - but I didn't mind.

Very prompt & friendly response; added extra services day-of no problem. Called to come back for one small miss & got an immediate response. Everything turned out great.

Ben was responsive from the first call to schedule an appointment. He and his assistant were personable and professional and did an excellent job. They dealt with problems (old windows that were not in great condition) without missing a beat. When I went to pay for the extra windows that were more than the Big Deal was supposed to include, he told me not to worry and that there would be no extra charge. Overall, it was a pleasure to hire him and I will definitely call him again in the future.

Windows were washed in my two flat building. They were very nice and quick to finish. He explained to me how the work would be performed and let me know when the work was complete. I am very satisfied with the work done.

They arrived on time, completed job in about 1 1/2 hrs. Did a great job and also cleaned sills and screens (For an additional min. cost). Very professional & courteous.
