technician added unnecessary parts and services to jack up price-now sensors don't work-north shore-john-says not covered by warranty, which I did not get overcharged-$800.00/ should be about $400.00--unwilling to repair sensors-added unnecessary repairs to garage door-warranty not provided given by message to phone

I needed to replace an old opener, and this was the first one I called. They were responsive and scheduled me as soon as possible. The installer was very professional and did a great job. My only problem is that they didn't leave any information about the opener, and I couldn't program it on the app. When I called the office, they gave me a YouTube video on programming the door. I needed to know what my device was to select it from the options. Additionally, I had to ask multiple times for an invoice, hoping it would have the needed information, but it didn't. If you use this company, please ensure you get all the information for your opener.

Garage door finally broke after 26 years. I searched online and read several reviews about North Shore Garage so I gave them a call. I spoke to Will and he was very straightforward and gave me a good price. Freddie came the next day and removed the old door/tracks/springs and put up the new door in about 2 hours. Freddie was very courteous and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend North Shore to all neighbors and friends.

Their technician Miles was extremely friendly and fun to be around. he made sure everything was as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. awesome job!!

Owner (confirmed order by phone) and technician (arrived at the time agreed) were both straight with me. No attempts to upsell me for work I didn't need. Work was performed promptly and professionally at the agreed price. Five stars.

They were exceptionally quick to respond, arrived on time (early, in fact!), and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage work.
