I needed to replace an old opener, and this was the first one I called. They were responsive and scheduled me as soon as possible. The installer was very professional and did a great job. My only problem is that they didn't leave any information about the opener, and I couldn't program it on the app. When I called the office, they gave me a YouTube video on programming the door. I needed to know what my device was to select it from the options. Additionally, I had to ask multiple times for an invoice, hoping it would have the needed information, but it didn't. If you use this company, please ensure you get all the information for your opener.

They were very responsive, answered all my questions, and said they would beat any reasonable price.

The project went perfectly from start to finish. Their office was extremely helpful and very responsive to all my questions, and installation went without a hitch. Pricing was reasonable and I really appreciate that they promote buying locally by supporting an Illinois manufacturer. Highly recommend these guys.

A roller had broken off on one side of my garage door. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment in late afternoon. The repairman showed up on time. Fixed the roller with parts that he had in his truck and then made sure the door was working before he left. Would definitely hire again.

Miles was the gentleman that provided the service for a new garage door, opener and entry door with some frame adjustments, etc. Miles is a good hardworking man!

Garage door finally broke after 26 years. I searched online and read several reviews about North Shore Garage so I gave them a call. I spoke to Will and he was very straightforward and gave me a good price. Freddie came the next day and removed the old door/tracks/springs and put up the new door in about 2 hours. Freddie was very courteous and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend North Shore to all neighbors and friends.
