Marshfield Home Improvement, Inc. did a phenomenal job on our basement. We were discouraged as the previous contractor team studded out the basement but not much progress was made thereafter. When the team from Marshfield arrived they immediately put us at ease with their cheerful demeanors and professionalism. They thoroughly inspected the basement and began formulating a plan that would meet our satisfaction while ensuring timely completion of the project. They began the job by taking care and consideration of the hard wood floors in our home by placing a commercial grade runner in our hallway. This was done to prevent any inadvertent damage to the floor. Next came the orchestration of the drywall and electricians along. Duct work followed the drywall and electricians. Once that was completed they began laying tile in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower (they also hung the shower door which did not look easy to us!). Their work was meticulous and looks beautiful. Next, came the paint and then trim / millwork (e.g. trim, doors, window sills etc.) followed by the acoustic ceiling. Finally, after the carpet had been laid, they finished the project by addressing the finishing touches of paint, blinds, bath accessories, door shaving etc. Overall, their work was amazing and their professionalism a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to have professional, honest, work done in and around their homes.
