After rescheduling Lester came out and did an estimate for all the bells and whistles on completing a master bathroom remodel and kitchen drywall repair and granite counter tops. After a week I contacted them regarding the estimate and they said they had mailed it vs emailing??? Sawa (his wife who does not speak English well) emailed the estimate, the written estimate did arrive in the mail the next day. I asked for changes in the work to be done after talking with my husband and Realtor and that really seemed to cause a lot of confusion. Also the estimate came from Continental Design and Remodeling Ltd. not L Design. Sawa kept asking for pictures of the areas to be remodeled. Never clearly understood why they needed pictures since Lester had been here and we were providing the vanities, tub and shower pan. There seems to be a disconnect between Sawa and Lester in communication. Here we are two weeks out and still waiting on a estimate for the work I would like to do. I called Lester and asked about the revised work order and he deferred to Sawa not doing what he instructed and I honestly have given up. In the mean time I have hired another company to do the basement finishing. I am going to ask him to bid the master bath and kitchen too. Lester was a nice man and seems to really know what he is doing but the whole experience has been confusing and the language issue has been an impediment to closing the contract.

I called them. He came out. Gave us an estimate. They guaranteed the estimate for a year. We went with this company as we liked all of the details that were included with this price. They completely power cleaned the deck. All surfaces from under the stairs to the surfaces that people walk on. Each time he finished a process they tied off the stairs so people could not walk on the surface. A lot of care went into each process. I know this as we have had this done a number of times in the past. Never did it look as good as it did this last time. Price was a little more but not much and it was worth it. I feel it will last longer than the last few times we had it done. They did exactly when they said that they would do and on time as well. He let us pay them in 2 payments.

L Home Design was awesome in working with my architect to implement her design as well as flexible when we needed to make changes due to structural limitations. L Home Design was very reasonably priced and used high quality craftsmen throughout the entire project. I was especially happy with all the carpentry including flooring, cabinetry and the staircases. All of the workers were proffessional and did an excellent job. L Home Design also helped me think through which specific products to use. For example, they made suggestions about my basement flooring and bath fixtures---both of which I am very happy with . The granite they fabricated and installed is beautiful. Naturally after living a few months in a newly remodeled home, there are bound to be some additional fixes that need to be done. L Home Design has followed through on any of the small details that need further attention in a timely and pleasant manner. Overall, L Home Design did a very nice job and got a very big job done in a very reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a remodeling job.

They were very responsive and helpful with decision making on colors, sinks, etc.
