+ -1 moreI called the sales phone number to place an order. When I received my bill I realized I had been charged for several items that I would not purchase. I believe the sales agent that took my initial order is making purchases with my card. I have spoken with the billing, fraud, customer service and marketing departments for hours without resolving this matter. Now I receive calls every morning at 8 a.m. It has been an absolute nightmare. I believe the sales department I initially spoke with is located in Monterrey, Mexico. All I would like at this point is for the calls to stop.
Description of Work: Purchased specific item and was charged for several items that I did not and would not purchase.
