Anxious because I had a leaky skylight and was about to leave 1/1 for AZ for 2 months, I chose Houseworks because Buff gave his word he would get it done before I left. SInce he is involved in Scouting, I trusted he would honor his promise. He did. Ron Luth came out on a blustery, drizzly cold Sunday after Xmas and performed an excellent job of installation and thorough clean-up. They are very professional and very experienced! Our appt. was set up very quickly and once we hired them, they were here doing the work within a matter of days. They had both skylights replaced in just over two hours. No mess to clean up and they look great!

The install went smoothly and the product has not leaked. The outside looks great, but I had to hire a professional drywall person to complete the 'roughed in' interior area. I had intended to paint the area myself, but there was too much to fix.

The entire process went seamlessly. Ron and Kevin did the install. They were very courteous, professional and put me very much at ease. The inside trim work is exceptional. Iam extremely happy with the job. I know the skylight won't leak because just after they got it in it started to pour but nothing leaking. To be honest, they are not the cheapest but sometimes cheap is not always better. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
