The technicians, Brian and Dominic, arrived on time and got to work right away. The unit was removed on a previous visit and this time they just installed the new unit. They did a great job of cleaning up the area where the old unit was located, even patching holes in the wall where cables had been routed. The new unit was installed quickly (about 3 hours) and they cleaned up very well. After one full night with the unit on, the house cooled from 83 degrees to 70 and is very comfortable. So the size of the unit that Brad recommended seems to be spot on. He actually steered me away from a larger unit that a competitor recommended (which was also $2k more expensive).

Brad and Brian's crew were very professional, did a great job, and were very patient with us coming back a few times to actually correct a problem that was created by the thermostat we put in ourselves. Awesome crew and company. Very trustworthy / highly recommended. Very neat installation.

Dominick arrived right on schedule. He was courteous, professional and informative. When my furnace failed last January on one of the coldest days of the year, they arrived almost immediately to get it working again. Same thing happened when my AC went out midsummer. I can rely on this company in an emergency and am happy to give it my highest possible recommendation.

At our request, he also checked the thermostat, which was sticking. The service technician arrived on time, was efficient, friendly and informative in response to our needs. The air conditioner check-up was covered under an annual contract. The surge suppressor we purchased was $185.00.

It’s $196 a year for both the air condition and the furnace. I’d give them the best (grade) whatever that is. They are very good. It’s under $200 for both services so that’s pretty good. Oh they were here right away, so yeah an A!

Dominick was very professional and performed the requested services and answered all of my questions regarding the work done. He was well aware of what he had to do on the roof of the condo building. He cleaned up after himself as well, which is appreciated. I will use this company again. There was not a discount for the Angie's List referral.

Brian arrived during the scheduled appointment window and thoroughly checked and cleaned our air conditioning unit. As always, it was a hassle-free process.

Bought a $79 diagnostic package on Angie's List on Sunday. That Sunday PM Glenbrook called me ! Then on Monday Jill scheduled a visit for that afternoon at 2. The tech was Nick. He was at my house at 2 sharp. AC was working again, but he audited both AC units, did some repairs, found an old relay & replaced it. Extra $172, well spaent

Glenbrook took the service call in the morning and was able to send someone in the early afternoon of the same day. Brad took a look at the problem, ran out to grab parts, and fixed it. This was an easy job, to be sure, and he handled it courteously and quickly.
