Everything went well.
Description of Work: Two heating units were not working. I called and Jill answered and was able to schedule me in the same day. Dominic came out early afternoon and got both units up and running. One unit required a new electric panel. Fortunately he had one in his truck. He quoted me the price. I accepted it and he finished the work in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Glenbrook Heating and Air did a great job. My interaction to schedule the appointment was pleasant, and she took the time to educate me and discuss alternatives. When the serviceman arrived, he was right on time, answered all of my questions, worked efficiently, and was and courteous to my family. After performing the services requested (cleaning of the furnace) he took additional time to answer other HVAC-related questions that I had. Overall, great experience and will use them for ongoing HVAC servicing.
