We have friends in the neighborhood who’ve gone with other service providers and they have dealt with companies that were not as reputable. We trust them at Glenbrook and they offer an annual service agreement where they come a couple times a year. We have this and one of the benefits is that you are considered a preferred customer. The techs are clean, neat and perform the work quickly. I would recommend their service to others.

They’re very good about scheduling and honoring their appointment times. They come with the equipment they need to do the work promptly and efficiently and they wear booties to keep the flooring clean. They offer a value service and I would recommend their service to others.

They’re thorough and they provide good follow up. I like the owner and the pricing structure is fair. Sometimes it takes a couple weeks to get scheduled so I would like to see an improvement in their scheduling process such as online schedule. The techs are polite and helpful and I would recommend their service to others.

The 2 gentlemen that Glenbrook sent over were amazing! Being a new homeowner, I asked a lot of questions and needed to know exactly what was being done on my heating system. They patiently went through all the steps concerning their work and they answered all my questions. I truly appreciated their professionalism and knowledge. Since this is a big job I researched this quite a bit, and at the end I was convinced that this provider would do an excellent job of installation (which is key to having a long lived system). They also appear very credible and to take great pride in doing good work. They were very professional and I would recommend them. Their price was also very competitive.

Called Glanbrook in Sunday for a not-working ac unit. Monday morning they come to the house to check the cause. Took about 5 minutes to find out the capacitor need to be replaced. The labor and parts cost $124, plus $75 diagnostic expense. In less than half hour AC worked. The person (Sorry, don't remember the name) explained the usually bad weather (thunder) may cause the capacitor goes out.

Everything went perfect. They were timely professional and did exactly what I had expected.

I called on Wednesday, May 1st to get an estimate for installation of a new air conditioner. The owner came on Saturday, May 4th at the appointed time. The estimate that he provided, which included the new air conditioner and installation as well as removal of the old air conditioner, was very reasonable. He then returned on Tuesday, May 7th as agreed to install the air conditioner. The job was performed very professionally and all remnants of the old air conditioner were removed from the premises as promised. In addition to the installation, he also submitted all the warranty information directly to the air conditioner manufacturer on my behalf.

Glenbrook was prompt to respond when our A/C wasn't working in the heat of summer and did the work that needed to be done and did not try to push other services or products that we did not need at the time. Great company and folks to deal with - will definitely use them again!

We have two furnaces, each getting close to their end of life. We wanted the furnaces checked, and also wanted to find out why upstairs is on average 3-4 degrees cooler than downstairs (opposite of the typical situation since heat rises). The technician quickly identified the cause of the problem -- our air return vents are located near the ceiling. So, as soon as the hot air blows in a room from the floor vent, that hot air rises and is promptly sucked into the return vent! Talk about a construction defect! The technician provided options for us to fix the problem, and an estimate for the work. We decided to hold off on that work for now. The furnaces were checked and found to be in decent working order aside from a couple minor parts that needed to be replaced. Overall, great work and friendly demeanor. We wound up enrolling in their annual service program.

From beginning to end the service was exceptional and the home is warmer than ever. Three stars to the team for response, precise measurements and installation. A bonus was the follow-up attention. Highly recommended!

As always very good. I have been using them for over 12 years for all my furnace and AC problems and annual checks. They are reliable, professional, timely and very competent. Every year I sign up for an annual contract for these services.

The owner of the company arrived on time, performed the necessary maintenance and provided an update of the condition of the unit before leaving. As always, he was very professional and courteous. We purchased our furnace from Glenbrook Heating & Air Conditioning in 2004. We have been so satisfied with the company and its service that we didn't think twice about purchasing our new air conditioning unit and water heater from Glenbrook last year. The few times that we have had to call about an emergency repair, the company was extremely responsive.

They send an email to remind you that it's time to set up your fall service appointment. I called and got the timeframe that worked for me. They came on the given day - called ahead to make sure the time was still good. They came and they finished in a reasonable amount of time, performed the tasks, left the 2 areas clean, wore booties on shoes, asked good questions. My maintenance agreement covered all and I owed nothing!

They contact me to set up a time for the cleaning as I have a yearly inspection contract -- this is handled via email, which I really prefer. They always arrive within the two hour window and start right to work -- this was no exception with Brad coming on time. Since I am a regular customer, Brad knows where everything is and just gets started. There were no problems, so Brad just cleaned everything up, changed the humidifier filter and set it up for when the heat goes on. While I had a new furnace filter available, he indicated that it didn't need to be changed at this time and told me to check on it after the holdiays.

As usual, efficient, thorough and professional. Have used them for many years. Always reliable and honest.

He has always been extremely reliable and competent. He has fair and reasonable pricing. If it's an emergency, he comes at the drop of a hat. I have been comfortable with him in my home when I'm not there. He is very trustworthy. He researched the best price and model for a tankless water heater for me and brought all of the information for me to make a decision, which was very impressive.

I have used Glenbrook Heating and Air Conditioning for 10 years and have been consistently very pleased with both their service and their pricing. I had a slight problem with one AC unit and it was quickly diagnosed and explained to me. The serviceman also forewarned me about a potential problem in the future with one of the units. I appreciate being advised so that I'm not surprised in the future when the problem occurs. The amount that I paid was for annual service of 3 air conditioner and 3 furnaces plus the cost to fix the the problem in one AC unit. I regularly recommend to my neighbors and all that I know have had similarly positive experiences.

They are fair, honest and very nice to deal with. They have installed A/C, heating and hot water tank for us over the years. I would not consider using anyone else.
