Nick thoroughly checked and cleaned the furnace. I highly recommend this company. They have been consistently professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They are also quick to respond in emergencies (my furnace failed on one of the coldest days of the year). I can rely on them.

Investigated A/C issue and found bad capacitor. Charged me $170 for capacitor which is a ~$20 part + $90 fee just to come out. I understand there is overhead for running a business and consumers won't get things at cost, but 800% markup is a little steep. Arrived on-time (slightly early) and quickly took care of issue (~30 minutes).

Just had my most recent semi-annual service from Glenbrook Heating And Air Conditioning to get me set for Winter. I can never say enough about how much I respect this company. Service is ALWAYS great. Today Nick performed the service, really a nice, talented, knowledgeable guy. Service was quick, but Nick took a some extra time to explain exactly what he had done to get me Winter ready. Prices ALWAYS reasonable... you can't go wrong with these folks.

They set up an appointment a month in advance, confirmed it the night before and showed up on time, gave me a very detailed assessment of their findings and didn't try and up sell me as they knew I'd be moving soon.

Brad responded and used boot covers to protect my floor. He cleaned out drain obstruction in furnace and drain line and explained what he was doing and why. Before leaving, he patiently explained how I should maintain furnace. He is professional and polite.

I use Glenbrook for my annual furnace and a/c checks (found on Angies List). I have always found their service folks prompt, professional, clean and helpful. Jill, the office coordinator goes out of her way to be sure that I can get an appointment since I work full time. The replacement of my humidifier was an experience were I had amazing customer service. After the unit was installed it seemed unusually loud so I called Jill - she was helpful and responsive. The serviceman called me and we talked through a few trouble shooting issues. I spoke with Jill again and we arranged an EARLY morning re-visit to have the humidifier looked at again. There were a few issues that were quickly resolved. This company really cares that their customers are satisfied. It is a family run local business and they treat you like family.

Glenbrook Heating and AC are awesome. They are very professional and peformed they install in the time frame promised. Brad, the owner, was very courteous and understanding when my furnace was on the fritz during the sub zero temperatures and promised to stop by the next day to check it out. I am very glad I found Glenbrook Heating and AC and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Very dependable - have used for many years

I called and they showed up early the next morning before their other appointments, it couldn't have been better. I should mention that we have a seasonal service with them to check the furnace and humidifier before winter so they're ready to run and we have them check the air conditioner before summer to make sure it's ready to run.

The work was done within 6 hours and updated an old freon AC to current requirements as well as installing a new furnace which uses some of the AC parts. We've used Glenbrook for 40+ years and are very happy with their services.

Dominick was very professional and explained what he was doing, step by step. All filters were replaced including the humidifiers. We signed up for another year of service on both our furnaces and air conditioners.
