From start to finish I was very pleased with the service provided by this company. Brad and Brian arrived at the designated time and worked diligently to assure a timely and professional installation of the equipment. Care was taken to cover floors with tarps. Questions about the install were answered by both men. They also went an extra step in providing me with a supply side transition piece which was not noticed upon the initial price quote. I found GBH to be competitive in their pricing. In fact, they were several hundred dollars lower than other estimates I received with lesser quality units. They said it would be a two day job, and it was in fact a two day job. There were no surprises in costs or materials used. The installation was done in a neat fashion, and the areas in which they worked were clean upon their departure. The new high efficiency furnace and A/C work like a charm. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Workman arrived 8:45 and worked until 10:15 ish, was very knowledgeable and explained to owner what he was doing and tested furnaces and humidifiers.

The company owner arrived on time and put on shoe covers before entering the house. He immediately went to work cleaning and checking the furnace. The entire process took less than a half hour. He updated me on the condition of the furnace before leaving. Since I have an annual maintenance contract with the company, I didn't have to write a check for the appointment.

I called Glenbrook Heating & Air because my real estate uses him, and because of the positive reviews. We signed up to have them maintain our 2-zone HVAC system 2x/year, right after we moved in to our home in the summer. He arrived on time, and was very courteous and helpful in answering all my questions. For the A/C system, he gave a good analysis of both units, and did a thorough cleaning and tune-up. He assessed both systems and told us one is fine, and the other may have a year or two left. Recently we had the fall heating system check-up, and he showed up on time again, and did another thorough cleaning, and recommended that we get our ducts cleaned, because dust was blowing into the heating unit. Professional, courteous, and thorough.

Excellent service. We've been using Glenbrook for 12 years and they've never disappointed us. They have never been late for a service call. Sometimes, like for this service, the technician called to ask if he could come early (which was fine). All of their service technicians are very professional and neat.

The company was able to set up an appointment within 24 hours of our call. The repair men showed up ahead of schedule and very promptly discovered the problem - a failed capacitor. They replaced the part, checked our freon levels and cleaned the grill. They were polite, professional, and knowledgable. We will definitely use their services again.

This is part of an annual plan to maintain the heaters and air conditioners which thy installed in the past. Arrived on time, checked all the systems, tuned them up, and cleaned the filters. Very prompt and courteous. Have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Came right on time, wore booties to protect floors, polite, informative, thorough. Reset all back to levels I had, temperature, etc.

It was my semi annual check. We do spring and fall maintenance with Glenbrook H&C. They came by between the hours that they said they would, I was not home. The technician called me on my cell phone, very polite. I was 5 minutes away. He said he'd get started on the outside. He was timely, neat, wore booties in my house, clearly stated my issue - rodent. Also cleaned and vacuumed filters.

Showed up at the perfect time and was very curteous. He cleaned up after himself, was knowledgeable. He explained everything very well. He also told us where to purchase filters for our furnaces, so that we could change them ourselves, which we appreciated. A great company with competetive pricing and excellent service.
