Dominick telephoned 45 minutes before scheduled time asking if he could come early. This worked out terrific since I had an engagement later on & needed prep time. You cannot find anyone as great as this company. I have been with them for over 25 years and "never" had a complaint.

The service man was on time & checked the furnaces according to yearly contract. Also, ordered me a new cap for my sump pump. He was very professional.

Everything went well. It was easy to make the appointment and the technician came on time. Everything was done in a professional manner and the price is competitive with other vendors. We have been using Glenbrook for a few years now and decided to purchase the maintenance agreement for $196 which will cover a year's worth of checkups and cleanings for both the furnace and air conditioner. We found out the hard way that the $79 coupons for furnace check-ups are not really worth it after they throw in a bunch of other charges.

The installation was performed by Brad, the owner, and Brian. It was a very smooth installation over 2 days for 2 systems. We are very pleased with the results.
