Dominick telephoned 45 minutes before scheduled time asking if he could come early. This worked out terrific since I had an engagement later on & needed prep time. You cannot find anyone as great as this company. I have been with them for over 25 years and "never" had a complaint.

The service man was on time & checked the furnaces according to yearly contract. Also, ordered me a new cap for my sump pump. He was very professional.

Everything went well. It was easy to make the appointment and the technician came on time. Everything was done in a professional manner and the price is competitive with other vendors. We have been using Glenbrook for a few years now and decided to purchase the maintenance agreement for $196 which will cover a year's worth of checkups and cleanings for both the furnace and air conditioner. We found out the hard way that the $79 coupons for furnace check-ups are not really worth it after they throw in a bunch of other charges.

We did research and contacted several companies. We chose Glenbrook because they listened to us, helped educate us, answered our questions, gave options and explained the options in detail, provided a complete and detailed proposal with several options from which to choose and were very responsive in answering questions. The installation was performed by Brad, the owner, and Brian. It was a very smooth installation over 2 days for 2 systems. We are very pleased with the results. From start to finish I was very pleased with the service provided by this company. Brad and Brian arrived at the designated time and worked diligently to assure a timely and professional installation of the equipment. Care was taken to cover floors with tarps. Questions about the install were answered by both men. They also went an extra step in providing me with a supply side transition piece which was not noticed upon the initial price quote. I found GBH to be competitive in their pricing. In fact, they were several hundred dollars lower than other estimates I received with lesser quality units. They said it would be a two day job, and it was in fact a two day job. There were no surprises in costs or materials used. The installation was done in a neat fashion, and the areas in which they worked were clean upon their departure. The new high efficiency furnace and A/C work like a charm. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
