Great. Service guy is familiar from previous visits. I don’t see a revolving cast of employees which is reassuring. He was professional, courteous & kept me informed when entering and exiting the house.

I am a new customer to Glenbrook and will be a lifetime customer. My first experience was a routine air conditioner service call, and Brian was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to maintain my furnace and some changes I could be making with maintenance. Two days later, my second floor was not cooling. I left a message on the voicemail at 5:30 p.m., got a return call within two hours, and the owner, Brad, and Brian were here the next morning at 7:30 a.m. The problem was not caused by them but by the installation of the zoning and needs to be addressed by the builder. They explained everything simply so I could explain the issue to the contractor who installed the system. Very professional, responsive, honest. I just moved into the area and am so happy that I was referred to Glenbrook.

As usual this provider gave me 100% perfect service. Technician (Dominick) was on time, performed the service quickly, professionally and flawlessly (everything worked perfectly). He didn't leave a mess (you'd never know someone was here), was cordial, pleasant and physically hygienic (which you don't often find in many providers of most services). This was the second time Dominick performed services for me, and each time was as described above. I have to add that I have been using Glenbrook Heating and Air Conditioning for many years (I would never change providers), and everyone on the staff from The receptionist (Jill) to all the technicians are no less than 100% professional, and a REAL pleasure to deal with. Glenbrook should open a side business to teach other providers (how about the cable companies), how to keep customers happy, and just plain keep them from switching, by providing excellent results.

Appointment was scheduled at my convenience. Service person arrived at the promised time. Introduced himself courteously and immediately went to work. Performed tasks in a reasonable amount of time. We have been using Glenbrook since 1984. Wouldn't consider anyone else. Brad and his crew are competent professionals who get the job done at a fair price, even on holidays & weekends.

On a Saturday afternoon, with the temperature expected to fall to a record-low level within 24 hours, the boiler in my 95-year-old mother's house failed. left message with Glenbrook and within an hour Brad was there. The gas valve on the 10-year-old boiler had failed. Brad did not have the part and all the hvac supply houses were closed for the weekend. However, Brad was somehow able to secure the part and within 18 hours had the heat functioning again.

Arrived on time, completed service quickly, provided valuable info on self-maintenance.

Glenbrook heating arrived one hour after I called. The serviceman identified the problem and fixed the furnace.

When I needed information for a tax purposes, Jill was able to send it to my email within minutes... and she did it without any hassle. In fact, she sounded happy to help. As a working mom with an additional small family business, that kind of responsiveness is worth its weight in gold.

They have worked for me for many years and they provided excellent service. My last experience with them went fine. I happen to be on a service plan with Glenbrook Heating so I am only charged for extra parts. That time, they installed a brand new evaporator pit for my whole house humidifier and it was approximately $30. They show up on time.

DOMINICK CAME OUT IN THE MORNING AND THE NOISE DIDN'T OCCUR. IT CAME BACK IN THE AFTERNOON AND HE RAN RIGHT OVER AGAIN. HE FIGURED IT OUT AND FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT CHARGING ANY MORE FOR THE SECOND CALL. HE KNEW HIS PRODUCTS AND EVEN KNEW THE KINDS OF NOISES ASSOCIATED WITH DIFFERENT PROBLEMS. WHAT A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH A PRO, WHO DOES NOT OVERCHARGE AND KNOWS HIS BUSINESS. WE LOVE THIS COMPANY AND USE THEM NOW FOR ALL OF OUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS!

Excellent! Dominick was on-time, worked quickly & efficiently and was very professional and he told me what he did for each furnace and told me what I needed to do to keep them in good shape.

Technician checked both furnaces, turned up thermostats to double check functionality. Was professional and courteous.
