Showed up during the service window. Serviced the A/C & recommended a surge protector after several power surges during thunder storms. Dominick was very thorough & professional.

The company was very responsive when I called. We'd been having work done on the house all year, and this was the first time we could run the air conditioner, and it wasn't working right. The receptionist scheduled us for the next day, but the evaluator called the same day and said he could come by early. Good thing, as it has been SO hot! Our systems were very old and he determined we would be better off to replace than to repair. Good to know sooner rather than later. We're scheduled for an estimate and we'll see from there. The service was quick and reasonably priced. The evaluator was knowledgable and answered our questions very well.

I have used this company in the past to replace my furnace and air conditioning and for general maintenance. I have complete confidence in their expertise and advice. On this occasion they inspected and serviced the AC compressor and concluded that power surges were doing some damage to the unit that would shorten its life over time. I agreed to their installation of a surge protector.

Always punctual, professional and responsive. Had my furnace replaced in the dead of winter. The team rearranged personal schedules to make sure that I had heat. They responded to my phone call at 10pm at night and came at 8:30am the next day at no charge to me. They rigged my existing furnace to stay on and provide heat while a new furnace was ordered and delivered and then rearranged personal schedules to install (from my phone call to installation - four days!!). This team is great - I recommend them highly.
