On time service Dominick was informative and cordial.

Dam is always on time and of he is early he calls to make sure its OK. He does a great job-only replaces what needs to be replaced-never "finds" problems-just to the point & fixes it.

Overall, a great experience from scheduling arriving a few mins early, to taking the to make sure I understood what options were there. Very friendly.

No issues. Appointment was set for Friday but they called to reschedule due to a large job that required me to move my appointment. They rescheduled for next day on Saturday and accommodated my schedule. On-time, friendly and professional service who check all components. Service took about 40 minutes. I have confidence in this company to be reliable, professional and dependable. I have been using them for 10 years and will continue to do so given their excellent work and a local company involved in the community.

As usual the service man (Dominic) arrived midway through the promised time interval. We've used Glenbrook for 15 years and they are ALWAYS on time. Dominic cleaned and checked the action of both of our furnaces and replaced one air filter which was dirty. He also changed the humidifier pads, and told me that one of the replacement pads (a generic brand) was not recommended as it does not last as well as the other name brand that we also use. He mentioned that one furnace has started to emit a low noise that indicates the bearing was showing wear, but emphasized that it was not an issue and did not need to be addressed until the noise gets louder. In our experience with Glenbrook they have NEVER recommended replacing a component unless it was absolutely necessary.

Service man arrived promptly, was informative and efficient, gave us option of buying replacement filter ourselves (probably at lower cost) or providing filter at some unit higher cost.

It went great. We asked for an earlier than scheduled time and they accommodated us without hesitation. The technician came right on time and did his check. All that was needed was a new pad for the humidifier.

Dom was very prompt and took care of the winterizing and cleaning of furnace.

Dominick was timely and reasonably priced. He got the part working and let me decide if I wanted to replace it. I have already done so.

Dominic was on time - checked furnace and said that the board was chases and that it would need to be replaced at some point wouldn't make it through winter. It made sense to do it now rather than be stuck later.

Very prompt return to my voice mail by Jill. She sent nick out same day and be quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. Excellent service.

The service was excellent, as usual. Brian K. arrived on time and immediately began inspecting and cleaning the furnace. He gave me a status report once he was done. Since we purchased the company's annual maintenance package earlier in the year, there was no charge for the work performed, which took about 30 minutes.

Dominic showed up on time. He wears clean protection on his shoes in my house. He provides service, efficiently & friendly.
