Downsizing and moving can be stressful. Anna will work closely with you every step of the way. Anna will always consider the needs of the client first. When working with Anna, the organizing process will begin with an assessment and setting goals. This step is usually accomplished during the free 45 minute initial consultation with the client. Once the work begins, Anna will provide guidance, information and hands-on support. I started using Fresh Look Home last August when I was moving from a place I had been in for 15 years. Anna was (AND IS) TERRIFIC! In addition to packing, she made a floor plan for my new place, helped me unpack, set up and even helped me get new furniture. She is FULL of energy and ideas, is positive and charges a very fair price for ALL her work. Since last August Anna has helped in NUMEROUS ways. Her next challenge is in helping me organize and set up a filing system for bills, etc. Fresh Look Home is the way to go!

Anna is amazing! She not only is a true professional, knowing just who to call to get things done and pitching right in herself with the drudgery of packing and helping sort through things, but she is incredibly easy going, thoughtful, friendly and flexible. We needed to clean out an entire house in three days and honestly could not have gotten it done without her support. Cannot speak highly enough of Anna.

I knew Anna was the person that I wanted to work with after speaking to her on the phone the first time! We were moving in about 6 weeks,and our basement was full of 30 years of things that probably should have been discarded or repurposed 20 years ago! It was a daunting task,to say the least. Anna to the rescue! Anna came over twice weekly for 3 hours each day,for 5 weeks.She worked with my wife (I have a disability and could not help) and provided an upbeat attitude,while getting everything boxed,labeled,and things donated to charitable organization. Anna became part of our extended family during that time,and my wife really enjoyed working with her,to help it all make sense.Anna,in the business world,would be called a "Game Changer",and I would gladly recommend or refer her to everyone!

Anna was very courteous and efficient. My concern was that once every thing was in order, how would I keep it that way. Anna was full of valuable ideas to prevent my clutter from coming back. I would defitely hire her again.
