 + 1 moreDerek is a professional who shows up when he says he will and does exactly what he promises. We were remodeling a bathroom in my mother's house. He worked with our contractor to schedule and perform the work. At the same time we needed some touch up work and repairs to nail pops in the house. He sent his guys there and the work was done. They were so clean and efficient you would have never have known they were there, except there were no more nail pops!
Description of Work: Painted remodeled bathroom. Repaired and painted ceiling in sun room

 + 2 moreOnce again Derek and his crew went ABOVE and beyond the call of duty. He and his crew are TRULY the most RELIABLE and HONEST people I have met in this business so far. The estimate was super fair. Derek had a crew of 2-3people there for a week and they made the outside of our house look as beautiful as they made the inside look! Derek came everyday to check on the workers and always alerted me to any issues before he worked them out to make sure I was happy. Once again I was thrilled with his quality of work, attention to detail, reliability and ability to do the work within a strict time frame. I wish Derek also did additions to homes! He is AMAZING.
Description of Work: fixed front porch - carpenter replaced old wood along side the front porch, fixed railings, smoothed out and filled wood, stained porch. fixed LARGE back screened in porch - carpenter added wood to inside to make it look more finished, added wood to eaves to prevent birds from nesting, filled all holes and eliminated the carpenter bee infestation, filled wood holes to make a smoother finish, stained floor and painted inside and out of porch.

 + 2 moreAMAZING! Derek (the owner) came and gave us an estimate before we purchased our house. The estimate was super fair. We chose custom colors (bright ones at that). The house had a bad smell and looked old and parts of the ceiling/moldings were cracked. Derek had a crew of 4-5 people there for 5 days and they made the house look BRAND NEW! I have had two houses painted inside before and this job was done exceptionally well. They even replaced all the door knobs, painted our vanity to look new and painted our front door! Derek came everyday to check on the workers and always alerted me to any issues before he worked them out to make sure I was happy. I was so happy with his quality of work, attention to detail and ability to do the work within a strict timeframe, that I immediately gave him another job to do - rehab our front and back porches. I wish Derek also did additions to homes! He is AMAZING.
Description of Work: painted full interior of house (priming and painting), repaired cracks in ceiling and trim. Approximately 1600 sq ft (4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining, living, basement).
