DARYL FIENE

Since we are still in the process of our search I would say it is going well. I know I can count on Daryl for advice and an expert opinion.

I never thought looking for a house could be fun, but it turned out it can be if you work with the right person. Daryl is quite knowledgeable about his profession, and he clearly loves it. He is aware of current trends in the housing market, realistic about both finances and the work needed to actually make a house habitable. He knows a lot about plumbing, wiring, etc, so that he noticed aspects of houses, positive and negative, that we would not have. He was also clear about what we wanted and was able to guide us accurately toward and away from certain properties. Daryl was patient during our rather long search and all my ruminations about possibilities. He is also quite funny, which is a blessing when you're standing in a cerise living room with gilt molding. He also has some great decorating and renovation ideas. Two years ago he also helped us sell our parent's home, and he was again realistic, helpful and sold it within two weeks.
