+ 0 moreJay was on Craig's list and when I e-mailed him that Sunday morning he got right back to me explaining that he was working but would call later. He sounded so nice that I decided to go for it despite what I had heard about contacting people on Craig's list and he didn't let me down. I feel like I have a new friend who I can now call for help with any tech stuff in the house. Forget calling the kids!!
Description of Work: cleaned up my computer and set it up so that it was user friendly for me. did all this without making me feel badly about my lack of computer skills or terms.

Description of Work: Jay from Chicago Tech, rewired our entire home with cable fiber wire completely upgrading our wireless network, wiring and hanging all of our Tv's. It was a huge project. Jay was very professional and always very punctual. He also did light carpentry work to accomodate the project, so that I wasn't forced to spend additional money to hire a carpenter. Jay is extremely knowledgable in his craft. I can know see why he is the point man for wiring the apple stores. A real pleasure to do business with. I sincerely recommend him for all your audio, video, home theater and PC needs.
