They did a fine job!

My neighbors have started using them too. They are a little more costly than most, but they are on the North Shore. They wash the screens and all of the units inside. The cost depends on what I have them do. I have some favorite workers that I like, and they know that. They gave me an appointment time and then they call me in the morning to confirm that it still within the time. They have never gone outside the time they promised.

They were on time and they cleaned everything up. They had certain people that just handle the installing. It was a two man team. Something didn't seem as it should be, so I called them and they came back. My new thermostat was the problem, and they showed me how to handle that. They responded to the problem I was having. I wish I would've had a better understanding of the thermostat. The installation was a little expensive.

The cost of service was reasonable. Their prices are fair. They are wonderful.

We've been using them for years and years. If we're not satisfied, we would not use them so we're totally satisfied. We get good service and they're reliable. They're local and we like to use local people.

We were really, really happy with them. They got it running efficiently. They came out right away. We were happy with that. We would use them in the future. We were happy.

I explained the problem to the serviceman (I'm sorry I don't remember his name). Since it was an unusual problem, he had the good judgement to call a supervisor who knew instantly what needed fixing. He and a partner got the job done well in a couple of hours.

They came out very quickly. They are very fair and sympathetic. They got the work done in a very timely manner. They had a unit that was readily available that fit the house. I would say they were there for 2 days working because they had a cancellation, so I didn't have to wait 2 months. I have only good things to say about Carlson. I'm not sure if we could have gotten the work done cheaper because I didn't price it out. They were professional and knowledgeable.

We didn't have any problems with our system. It checked out great. I like that a lot. What that means to me is that I can trust them to not find a problem that is not there. Later, my thermostat went out and they came right out and fixed it immediately. They clean up well after themselves and wear little booties over their boots to make sure not to track in dirt.

The gentleman took the time to show me what was wrong and explained to me what needs to be done on a yearly basis to keep the heater up. They are a little bit on the high side of pricing though.

VERY PROMPT, EVALUATED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND CAME BACK AFTER ESTIMATE. INSTALLED ONE - WE DID NOT LIKE IT, SO HE INSTALLED ANOTHER ONE WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. GREAT SERVICE.
