I had my 2 story house power washed by Aqua Pro Power Washers including gutters and soffits. I was very impressed with their work. They were very professional, respectful, skilled. The job was done in less then half a day and the results were amazing. My house looks like new, the gutters and soffits are super clean. Thank you Aqua Pro.

This is the third time we've used Aqua Pro for pressure washing of the vinyl siding on our home. We are once again very pleased with the entire experience--from scheduling to final results. Scot and his team are prompt, professional and pay attention to the details. We will be hiring them again when our siding needs cleaning.

Amazing work, I hadn't was my 100+ year old greystone, and it came out better than I imagined. Only bad part is that I wasn't warned that water may come in through the windows even though they were closed. Luckily my TV and electronics survived the water and dust that made it through the windows. I would definitely hire again because of the amazing work they did. Under promised, over delivered.

All personnel were prompt and clear with their responses. All questions answered thoroughly. They set clear expectations for the work schedule and followed through. The work done was exactly what was requested and what they promised.

Reasonable response and estimate. Scot was responsive throughout work. Repeatedly asked and was told the repaired boards would blend with un-replaced boards. Accepted estimate of $5300 to complete the work, however the repairs were subpar. Agreed to pay more ($8600 total) to remove more rotted boards in order to be satisfied with the result. The additional work was discounted. The quality of board removal and replacement was marginal and our deck has boards sticking above others and causing a tripping hazard. They agreed to sand the edges of the boards sticking up, to improve the tripping hazards, but the end result is still not desirable. The boards are uneven and it is appalling we spent this amount of money and do not have an acceptable result. The workers worked hard, but I do not believe their skills were sufficient for the repair needs of our deck. In addition, we have deck stain on our hoses, faucets, deck umbrella, garbage cans and on surrounding bushes. Scot said we were not easy to please, but all we expected was a repaired deck and they couldn't deliver. I know they tried and worked hard! I have before and after pictures and can show the poor quality of work.

AquaPro was very responsive to my initial request. Scot quickly turned around a proposal and patiently answered all my questions. The team showed up as planned and did a thorough job in cleaning the front and back facades of my unit. They also left the area clean which is a big issue with my neighbors. I did not have time to price compare, but if you are focused on service quality and a knowledgeable provide,r I would highly recommend AquaPro.

We sent an inquiry to this firm and received a prompt reply asking us to measure the deck and send photos so that they could expedite a quote. We wanted our deck done before Memorial Day and immediately responded with photos and email providing the dimensions. This was back on May 4th and we are still waiting for a further response from this firm. We can only assume that our job is too small and that they are not interested in our business. It would have been nice to at least received a response telling us they weren't interested. Our email and photos are still sitting on their Angies List inbox!

Have been in house about 12 years, concrete was dingy. These guys were fast, reasonable, and did a great job. High recommend.

They did an excellent job. Very professional.

The main reason we used them was to refinish, but then they pressure washed and then they refinished it.

Scot took a few weeks to respond to my call. But once he did, he was very responsive. He came out and estimated future work as well as the project I called him about. They used a technique called hydro-blasting which cleaned the stone without chemicals. They were able to remove black stuff from the stone that power washing could not. They accidentally removed some paint from our porch woodwork while doing the work, but they were able to fix immediately by repainting. I am very happy with how it turned out.

I've been working with Scot now for almost 10 years now and I couldn't more happier with his work on our condo building. Communication is great and he's always willing to go the extra to mile to make sure we're happy. I would recommend him and his company to everyone.

Aqua Pro did a wonderful job. Our concrete area looks brand-new, and with the sealer that was added a day later, the concrete should continue to look great for several years. We were very pleased with the excellent work, the prompt appointment, and the friendly, courteous men from the company. They even cleaned a few smaller areas that were not mentioned in the job description, going above and beyond. Couldn't be more pleased! Aqua Pro also cleans siding, and we definitely plan to have them back again for that job in the future.

From the scheduling to the day of work, the entire process went very well. The owner, Scot, was prompt, professional and very patient with my special requests for timing of work, attention to my newly installed windows and decorative stamped concrete. I booked the appointment two months out (in August for October appointment), thinking that they their fall schedule would be very busy. I am an avid gardener and wanted to wait until the end of the growing season for the work to be performed. Scot was very responsive both via phone and emails through the scheduling and contract process. Henry V. and Angelo N. (the crew who performed the work) were both simply terrific--big smiles, positive energy, expert skills. They paid careful attention to all my little details. Despite my white vinyl siding and brick chimney being very dirty/moldy in areas, they were able to get it all off with just water and no cleansing agents--a plus with my organic herbs and greens growing nearby in a raised bed. The house looked like new when they were finished. Scot is fortunate to have them on his team! I will definitely be using Aqua Pro again and have already recommended them to a neighbor.
