Working with Scot was great. Responsive and professional. The crew was running late on the day of the job, and they called before the scheduled appointment time to ensure this would not be a problem. When they showed up, they were courteous and professional. They did a great job. The siding looks like new. I will gladly use these guys again and would strongly recommend them based on my experience.

It was was still cold and mid-winter, so we planned to have the work done as soon as the days would be above freezing. I needed a few days warning to get some fans out of windows, Scot accommodated me. He also asked about cleaning our deck, fence and concrete patio so when the team arrived, I asked for a quote while they were there. They did better, they cleaned a small section of each area and it looked so good, I had them do all the work! The fence and deck have been cleaned and sealed, the patio is nice and clean and the siding looks so good that my neighbor even asked for their card!

He returned my call promptly. He has the best estimate and even dealt with my crazy management company changing requests. Work was completed on time and with a high quality of professionalism.

One of the best rare experiences I've had with a contractor. Scott returned my call promptly and listened to what I needed done. He then emailed a detailed quote the same day. Our house is a foreclosure and has been abandoned for quite a while, so you can only imagine how nasty the garage can be. We moved everything out of our garage before the appointment. Doug came to my house and did an excellent, superb, fantastic job. He spent about 3 hours non-stop cleaning our garage from top to bottom. He even removed the black mold that was all over the garage doors. Then he kindly power washed the siding on the front of the house. Towards the end of cleaning the garage, the power washer ran out of gas and he kindly informed me that he was going to the store to get more gas. Doug could have easily finished at that moment, but he did not. He did the work the way it was supposed to be done. My husband and I were shocked, our garage now looks shiny and brand new! Thank you Scott and Doug for making this process quick, simple, honest, and care-free for the homeowner.

They were punctual and true with their estimate and time frame. Their work was efficient and they left the area clean. We felt the work was well done and they knew what they were doing. This was our second time using them and we would definitely use them again.

Very friendly, helpful and courteous. They had good suggestions for additional power washing and sealing. I didn't think to ask if they could fix the back step so that it could all be sealed too. Nice! And since they asked if I wanted the front steps done, it made me realize they could power wash and seal the concrete bungalow bench in the front! (It had been painted long ago and sort of peeling - and one of the seminars said not to paint them - so these guys washed the rest of the paint off. Nice.) The only thing is that the drain outside the basement door got completely stopped up with dirt and debris. I had to call a plumber to clear it out. Not necessarily their fault. It probably needed to be done. I would use them again.

Scot was responsive to questions and timely in providing an estimate. He was also helpful with suggestions on best approach for the job. The work turned out great and we are satisfied with the decision to hire Scot's company.

Scott of Aqua-Pro quoted the job after visiting and returned when requested for clarification.Price quoted was reasonable and Scott's knowledge and professionalism helped in the decision to engage Aqua-Pro for the work. The washing was long overdue and took more time than originally estimated but the Aqua-Pro employees were persistent and diligent and worked hard to get good results. They did not miss any of the many hard to get to areas.The sealant was applied without problem to most of the structure.The power washing did reveal that certain common areas and limited common areas had varied old finishing and for best result in sealing needed floor finishing. Scott arranged for this to be done.Scott and his crew performed excellently. In addition to dealing with the association's property manager and board members they also worked well with many of the individual owners.The reaction of all was uniformly positive.When the work was done-and for Scott that was not until everyone was happy-the place looked great.

Scot Castellaneta responded promptly to my call for an estimate. He arrived when he said he would to provide the estimate that was quite reasonable. We scheduled an appointment, but did run into some rainy days. He stayed in touch to let me know that the work would be done when weather permitted. Scot was pleasant to work with and the staircase, which was installed a few years ago, has never looked better. I don’t give recommendations easily, but would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Castellaneta at AquaPro. BB

Scot from Aqua Pro was a delight. He called to confirm the appointment; arrived on time, presented his card at the door, etc. He efficiently explained the "deal" and offered that I watch him measure the area to be power-washed. When I realized I wanted more washed than the 1,000 ft. included in the "deal" he clearly measured the difference and explained the extra price. He and his assistants worked quickly and were great about moving lawn furniture, etc. out of the way (and they replaced everything perfectly at the end of the job). What particularly impressed me was, when I asked Scot about some areas that I weren't sure needed power washing, in some cases he assured me that it wasn't necessary. I mean, he could have made even more money by saying that some areas needed work even though they didn't. But he didn't go there. Highly recommended!

The owner responded to my message very quickly, and, while talking with him, he encouraged me to get other quotes in addition to his. Due to problems with the original installation of my driveway, I did not have the service performed, but I appreciated the very quick response and thought it was very professional of the owner to recommend multiple quotes. Other contractors I've dealt with could learn a lesson in good customer service from this company.

My house is 10 years old and over the last 10 years we had a lot of dirt stains. It looks like we poured brand new concrete. If anyone has a dull garage floor I would get this guy out to do the work. It is like being in a new garage.

I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for pressure washing services in the spring, and decided to wait til Spider Season to have the service performed so that we could get rid of the crazy amount of spiderwebs that build up on our siding and eaves throughout the summer. Due to the popularity of the offer, Scott took a couple days to get back to me on my initial email, but we were able to work back and forth to schedule a quote and decide on the level of services needed in a few days. Since it's a small operation, I certainly didn't have any issues with Scott taking a day or so to get back to me each time, I own a small business myself and completely understand how hard it is to respond as quickly as you'd like, especially during peak season. He and his assistant were both super easy to work with, extremely pleasant and professional, and arrived spot on time both days we had scheduled for work. I'd decided on a full wash service for the whole house and garage, as well as a washing and staining for the back deck which has been getting a lot of abuse this past year from our dog running up and down the stairs. The work was fast, easy, no stress and afterwards the house looked so great that one of our neighbors commented that it looked like a whole new building! I was delighted with everything, start to finish, and am planning on calling Scott every fall to make this an annual thing. Thanks, guys!

Scot can right over for an estimate for the front porch & back deck. The day of service (which fluctuated due to the weather) he gave me an additional quote for the side fences of our property. AquaPro's team did a great job from start to finish. I would recommend them for sure.

I was onsite when the crew came out to pressure wash; they had two machines going at once so they were able to clean the entire structure in about five hours. It was an efficient process. They returned two days later after the wood had a chance to dry and applied wood sealer. The structure had not been sealed or cleaned in approximately 10 years so the change was night and day. The decks look great now and I was able to witness the water beading on the deck after the first rainfall. It's a shame that the previous owners didn t have this done earlier as the wood would not have been in such bad shape. Definitely going to want to keep the decks maintained every couple of years to ensure they stay like new.
