I called Aqua Pro to get an estimate on cleaning my Trex deck. One hour later the owner, Scot, called back. Since he is located less than two miles from my home, he came right over and looked at my deck. The next morning he emailed an estimate which I considered fair and reasonable. I emailed my acceptance and asked for the senior discount. He quickly replied in the affirmative and was able to schedule me for two days later. Scot and his crew arrived at the appointed time and removed the heavier pieces of furniture from the deck. The technician who did the job worked deliberately and took pains to clean the railings as well as the deck itself. The deck was then sanitized. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work and consider it well worth the cost. I am happy to give Aqua Pro my complete, unqualified recommendation. I will use them again when the need arises.

From beginning to end the service was great Scott was very professional, prompt in the quote and it was the most detailed and the lowest cost as well There were recommendations he made for cleaning that I had not realized, but pointed out on his estimate day. Prompt estimate based on pictures and dimensions I furnished. Showed up when he promised, called before coming over. Washed on Tuesday and returned as promised on Friday to waterproof. Did an outstanding job, left no mess and I would highly recommend to anyone that needs this service done.

Could not be better. Asked for quote. I was not home when he made the quote. He emailed the quote to me. Great form. Had all of the information on one sheet of paper. Day 1. Two nice clean young men came here, on time, and power washed the deck. Day 2 Same young men came out later than expected. They had not set a time. Because of cold weather, they were behind schedule. The owner??? Scot came here with them and worked right along side of them until the job was done. My deck looks like brand new. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again the next time I need my deck cleaned and stained. Gene Sullivan

Scot at Aqua Pro was very responsive and nice. He let me know exactly how long he needed to put together an estimate (2 days), and provided it on time. He actually went to my house and looked around the exterior to provide a more accurate estimate. His estimate was thorough, and he even gave me some advice on different options for the washing and stain. We ultimately decided to go with someone else for the siding because we had a coupon, and we opted out of the deck washing and staining because it was too expensive. I don't know if Aqua Pro is too expensive, or if it is just expensive to pay anyone to provide that service. But if we change our minds, I would contact Scot again.

It could not have gone better. Aqua Pro Power Washers were one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Efficient, professional, timely, in addition they could not have more pleasant. This includes Scot Castellaneta, President and owner, and his crew. Everything went as planned. They power washed our deck, fence and railing on Friday, with the idea of letting it dry and returning on Monday to apply the stain. Scot brought a color card, for us to choose our stain color and in fact he mixed two colors to get the affect we were trying to achieve. The Monday they came to apply the stain (July 21st), it was brutally hot and humid. They were there and got the work done as planned. They were wonderful. Very clean, made sure that the entire work area was left looking great. I have rehired them to come out a week from now to do my sidewalk.

We had owned the house for 6 years and none of the above had been done. We particularly needed the deck done so we could apply new stain. Scott and his assistant spent approx 2 hrs on the deck with power washer. This sure made it easier for us get going on the staining within the next 2-3 days. The power washing was critical in the staining process. It looked much better after that process alone. We were very happy with staining process. Here it is a year later..still looking good. They also cleaned front walkway to house and gave it an edging job (work beyond request). Job done included power washing outside wood stairs leading to basement walk. Everything went very well. We had 2 other bids (theirs was middle bid). We did have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to arrive but it was very busy spring because of a lot of rain. I would make a booking with them as soon as you are able. They cleaned up well once completed and were off. We will hire again. PS?got an e-mail a couple of weeks ago that if we required work this spring to contact early because anticipated business is high and showing up now. Job well done.

Nothing but good things about Scot and his team. Everything from responsiveness to the work itself was A++. We run a small rehab business and have had our laborers rent power washing equipment in the past. The cost in renting the equipment and paying our people to do this far exceeded having Aqua Pro out to do it for us. Plus the job Aqua Pro did was much more thorough. We will be using Aqua Pro in the future for sure. I am a very happy customer.

Scot and his crew called yesterday to say they were enroute and arrived shortly thereafter, precisely on time. They verified the work to be done and got right to it. It was a cloudy, cold and windy day but they worked diligently with upbeat attitudes and despite my urging a 10 minute break to warm up and have something warm to drink, they never stopped until lunch time, then went right back to work. I thought I would need to replace my gutters and fascia because after several attempts I hadn't been able to clean off the ugly black spots that covered them, but Aqua Pro had them looking like new. My siding is a beautiful bright white again! (In fact, the glare off the garage siding in this morning's sunlight actually caught me off guard for a moment!) They even have my mailbox looking like new! I couldn't be happier with the work, or have enjoyed working with a crew more. I would definitely recommend Aqua Pro Power Washing, and will absolutely use them again!

We were washing our home after removing extensive ivy overgrowth. Scott gave the most detailed estimate of those that I contacted, he negotiated a fair and competitive price. He personally oversaw the job. He and his team arrived on time and were very thorough, going beyond scope to get the job done, and paid detailed attention to cleaning up the surrounding area. Overall a great experience!

Scott and his team are affordable and do professional job. I have used them for many years including to power wash my real estate company awning and at home (deck). They have also stain and sealed my deck. I cannot recommend them enough (and I do recommend them often to my own clients). I cannot remember all the rates for different services but they are reasonable. Go with the best and your deck will look great!!

I thought Scott was professional and courteous. He was prompt in responding to my initial call and for his estimate appointment. I received a written estimate within a day or two. He gave us special consideration in handling our situation. The work was done very late in the typical season for power washing and sealing decks and the weather was not cooperating at all. He washed the stoops one day and then it rained on and off the next several days. Naturally, I wanted the sealing to be done after the wood was dry and before the next rain. In order to accommodate us so that he could seal the stoops before another rain and before the temperature dropped too low, he came out on a Sunday afternoon to do the sealing. I think this was exceptional service and I really appreciated it!

They responded quickly to my call for a quote. Came out and reviewed the job and I received a quote via email the next day. Scheduling was very easy -- they showed up in the time frame that I was given. Worked steadily until the job was complete. I was very impressed with the final outcome. You definitely get what you pay for. Our paver patio looks brand new and the house siding just sparkles! Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I left a phone message requesting an estimate to powerwash/refinish my deck. Unfortunately, as is too often the case, the company did not respond. Meanwhile two other companies did respond and I hired one of them to do the work.
