Description of Work: Charged for service call and ordered parts. Didn't show up for repair appointment (twice) then when I tried to cancel said I couldn't. Then claimed part was not available. Part was replaced by a newer improved version which happens when a part has a defect. I ended up having to order the part and fix it myself. The guy actually swore at me when I was on the phone with him. Just an awful experience all around.

Machine was running fine but needed extreme cleaning. Serviceman recommended product to use for cleaning. This did the job and machine is now functioning well again.
