Description of Work: They washed every window and storm on a 150 year old Victorian house, which had windows from every era--some original--including leaded glass, 100 plus year old storms and pulley weight operated internal windows, and then various updates to parts of the house over the years--very old triple tracks, 30 year old triple tracks, 20 year old triple tracks, to year old windows, skylights, etc. ....and were great-- figured it all out, nothing damaged, everything looked great after, and they were great to work with. I will be using them again this year after house painting is over, and every year after.

Description of Work: A & M Window Cleaning Services cleaned all of the outside windows of my home. They did an excellent job and were very professional. When I called initially, Mr. Snarksi said he would have to get back to me because the van he uses was in the repair shop. He said he would have to get back to me. He did call back shortly after that and said he could do the windows that day since he had another vehicle he could use (we have a ranch home so he did not need the taller ladders that were on the other vehicle). I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Returned my call within a day and set an appt a couple of weeks later. Showed up promptly, entire crew friendly, efficient, hard working. Andy worked quite hard himself, showing me any problems (eg. scratched panes that could not be cleaned completely). They finished our ranch house with skylights, 3 sliding doors, 2 picture windows, and 33 windows in ~ 2 hours. Will never use another window washing company

He even got to the skylights and the basement window under the porch, etc. It took them a relatively long time-about 2 1/2 hours-apparently some of my windows were incredibly dirty and needed to be washed several times and scraped with a razor blade, etc, so he charged more than the $150 he'd quoted me on the phone. He showed up about an hour and a half later than we had originally scheduled (because it had been raining), but he called in advance to make sure that was OK.
Description of Work: Cleaned 18 windows and 2 skylights in my house, inside and out.

After getting several quotes I called and scheduled them to come out. They did a great job. My windows, I'm ashamed to admit, were filthy. They worked hard and I'm really pleased with the job they did. Price wise they were in the middle and worth every penny.
Description of Work: I had the exterior of the home power washed (vinyl siding) and all windows, inside and out cleaned.

My house is for sale & some of the people who came to see my house said that it looked "dated", so the Realtor had me take down all the curtains to give everything a more modern look. As a result, my windows looked really dirty & cloudy. I called them on a Thursday & got in on a cancellation. He didn't have enough time to come out first to give me an estimate, so he just "ball-parked" the cost. He came out early Monday morning and got to work. My windows are very difficult because the screens are on the outside and are real dust catchers. He assured me that he had been in business 25 years and had seen just about every type of window made. Everything was really beautiful & the cost was just what I had expected. I still haven't sold my house, but now I'm sure I've done everything possible to get it in good shape. At least I'm enjoying the sun shining in all the rooms.
