A & M WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE

Very well, Andy inspects all of his men's work. The house was exactly as it was except all of the windows were clean.

Very well. We had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment, but they were prompt and courteous and efficient. I only gave them a B for price because I am not sure what the going rate would be - it was slightly more than I anticipated spending.

As usual, prompt, thorough service was provided in a gracious and professional manner. These guy's definition of "clean" meets and exceeds my own. I use them twice a year for window cleaning.

I don't know what he uses but the windows are so clean and really stay clean for a long time. I would really recommend him. There are no streaks and they are just beautiful. He does both the inside and out and sometimes he brings his sons along. They are also very good.

Both in coming to give an estimate and then arriving to do the work, A&M was punctual and extremely pleasant to work with. My windows (including screens and storms) were very dirty (our building had been tuckpointed and the process left residue on the windows) and now they look absolutely terrific. I especially appreciated the obvious care they took to protect our rugs, floors, furnishings, and window treatments. I felt the price we paid was more than reasonable. We will definitely call A&M again and are recommending them to all our friends for their outstanding service.

I'm going on feedback as I was not at home during cleaning. The windows were beautifully clean and clear. The only thing the guys ran into was their inability to get a couple of the liners out. They seemed stuck due to high humidity and they did not want to break the window liners. They actually had them bent to quite an angle but they would not budge from the outside window.

The windows haven't been cleaned in 12 years. They were very thorough and were able to get to the windows that were taped up. For the quality work they provided, it was very reasonable priced. My windows are very clean and I will use this company again in the future.

They were a good company. They came and reported on time, went right to work and finished up. When they were inside they prepared the area. They put a cloth down and removed the blinds. Some of them were washing inside and some outside.

It was a great experience. We would definitely use them again. They were very thorough. They showed up in less than a week. They were very straight forward as far as pricing. They honored our $10.00 Angie's List coupon.

I would recommend them. I thought that they did a very good job. They were very up front with me throughout the project. When they discovered that there was more work to be done they were very up front with me. I would use them again in the future.

After reviewing 2-3 of the large, volume vendors on Angie's List. I spoke with and ultimately chose A & M Window Cleaning, which is a local, father/son operation. They gave me a realistic quote over the phone and did a very thorough, high quality job. I have an older, three story house with approximately two dozen windows - the majority of which are larger/custom double-hung, paned wooden framed windows with separate/outer storm window frames. In addition to cleaning, the guys cleaned and installed our main-floor (large) storm window which we remove each Spring. The windows had not been thoroughly (professionally) cleaned since we moved in (three years ago); Andy and his son spent almost five hours completing the work. We are extremely pleased with their quality job. We had also considered Shine-Brite, LA McMahon, and Bubbles.

The job was done well. The only problem was that I forgot to tell them that I got them from Angies list and forgot to use the $10.00 off coupon.

The crew of three arrived on time and ready to tackle the job. They spent the entire day cleaning and working with us to get things done the way we wanted along with their making helpful recommendations to get this job done right. The house is large (2 story 4 bedroom with 40+ wiondows). Screens were cleaned well along with sills. We are very happy with the work and definitely recommend these folks. There was no mess inside or out when the guys left and we were ready to entertain guests who were arriving that evening. These guys worked so hard that my wife would not use the coupon/discount they offered as the value was spot on.

This is the third time I have had them come to my home and wash my windows. The people are nice and do a good job on the cleanings. They call me back and get me in on time.

Andy is great. He came over right away to make a quote. He gave me the quote in writing. He told me how far in advance I would have to call to get the work done. His estimate was the second lowest I received, but I liked his professional manner and his attention to detail so I hired him. They did an excellent job - no mess, no fuss - I hardly knew they were there. I will continue to use him in the future - I was very comfortable with A&M in my home.

Did windows screens and skylights. Was polite and professional. Work was spotless.

They called me right back after I left a message. The price was about fifty dollars less then I had paid in the past. They showed up right away and did the work.

The owner called me back and scheduled a visit within a week for him to visit our house and leave an estimate of cost for the service. He didn't require me to be at home during his visit since he could assess from the outside of house. As promised, he promptly left a written estimate on the day we agreed upon. My husband and I have decided to forgo formal window cleaning right now and try to do ourselves first. However, we would call A&M again should we decide to have it done professionally.

Andy and his son arrived 10 minutes earlier than he estimated. They got right to work. Very efficient (finished in 2 hours), cleaned up after themselves and our windows look great!
