Winter weather was setting in and we had just moved into a home that required all fall cleanup services. Andy and his men were very responsive and flexible in cleaning the upper gutters of our home. We will definitely be calling again anytime we need help with the windows or other home chores that we cannot get to fully ourselves. We were grateful for the work and flexibility.

I bought a gift certificate for my parents to have the windows washed on their very large 2 story house. Then they found out that the street they live on was to be torn up for sewer repairs over a period of a few months. The estimate was provided from the company before the construction. My parents decided to wait until the construction was over to have their windows washed. The three man team arrived at 8 am and worked solidly until 1 pm- that's 5 hours. The job included two stories of windows, inside and out, all the screens, a large skylight, attached garage and below grade basement windows. The guys did much scraping to get small concrete chunks removed as part of the cleaning. My parents are ecstatic with the quality of the window washing. Andy probably should have charged more since it was a more involved job than any of us knew it would be, but he honored the original quote!!! Who does that anymore?! My parents will call them every time they need window washing and I'm going to book them for my house. Most of all I'm relieved that it was a great gift to my parents so my Dad doesn't have to get on a ladder, and my parents were comfortable with the guys who performed the work and felt they were honest and could not have done a better job; the windows are sparkling again. I can't recommend Andy and his company enough. I'm thankful to him and to Angie's List for providing such great honest service. And I think a gift certificate for something like window washing is a great idea for Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays, holidays etc. If you think so too, keep this company in mind, they are the best!

We had a wonderful experience with Andy and his small crew . Andy responded to my message quickly and fit us into his busy schedule. They showed up exactly on time. We left them alone in the place when we sent to work, and they completed everything while we were gone. When we got home, everything was neat and locked up. The windows look just great. They washed windows, storms and screens and cleaned out the inside of the sills for a price much lower than others we called. Andy was courteous and cheerful. They were really terrific and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Andy never returned either of two calls with voice mail messages left each time.

Andy and his son arrived on time and set immediately to work. The windows on my 2 storey house are mostly about 7 feet tall, double hung vintage sash windows with combination storms and screens, requiring a good deal of physical effort. The work was thoroughly and carefully done. Except for a 10 minute break they worked continuously for more than 4 hours. All sills and side areas within the windows were thoroughly done. Paint spatters etc. were removed. It looks great. The price was high and worth it.

They arrive at appointed time, are very neat and work quickly. Some are inside and some are outside. I think most of the employees are Andy's sons, nice guys.

Overall a very good experience. Andy returned my call promptly. Only negative is that he is too busy to come right away!

They had to work h****** the windows since we had new windows and they had to make sure the glue was off from the sticker residue on the windows.

The initial request for an estimate was returned promptly, and an estimate was received a couple of days later. We had scheduled our service for a day when Chicagoland had gusts up to 60 mph, and Andy gave us the choice to do the interior that day and do the exterior on a day when it was safe to use ladders, or to reschedule the whole job. We rescheduled the whole job. The three-person crew arrived on time that day, and did a fabulous job cleaning all of the windows. They even swapped in the glass for the screen on my front storm door, saving me the work. I will definitely use them again, and have been recommending them to friends in the area.
