I am very disappointment regarding the unresolved issue with my roof repair, which was done last October. We chose Royal Construction based on the positive reviews on Home adviser and trust in their services. Last October, I contacted Royal Construction because my roof was leaking. Stan, the owner came himself assessed the situation and recommended repairs. We followed his advice and had all the suggested repairs completed. At that time, he assured us that, if the problem isnâ t solved he would promptly address it. Unfortunately, in December, my roof began leaking again. I contacted Stan immediately, and he assured me that he would come to fix the problem once the weather improved. Despite several reminders since April and his repeated promises to come the following week, he has not shown up to resolve the issue. Given the initial trust we placed in Royal Company, I am disappointed by the lack of follow-through and the continued inconvenience caused by the leaking roof. We chose your company because of the good reviews and the belief that you stand by your work and commitments. I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter. Please send your guys to fix the roof as promised. We have been patient and accommodating, but the ongoing delays are unacceptable. I hope to hear from you soon with a concrete plan to address and resolve this issue.

Royal Construction added siding to our house and did a fantastic job. It was a small but tricky project, but Stans team did good work and communicated well. The price was fair for the quality of work done.

I had some unsightly fascia that was dangling from the front of my house after a heavy wind. Wasn't a large job but one that needed doing. Stan from Royal came out the next day after my call, checked the damage, and had it done within a week. Results - perfect. A lot of firms won't take the smaller jobs, so I'm super grateful that Royal was willing to come out and service without any sales pitches or up changes.Completed exactly as they say they would and would not hesitate to use them again!

I had some efflorescence that needed to be removed and some tuck-pointing to be done on an outside wall, and I also needed some exterior trim on my exterior garage replaced. Do not use this company! The owner of RC an old man that does not have a crew, he will hire couple guys to do the work which they dont speak English and they are in angry mode all time! Their work ethic and quality is very poor, they did cause more damage to the wall more than repairs. They came and start grinding without letting me know to move a brand new care away from the drive way! The owner did not explain to them the job properly and he showed them a small section of the job! They did told me that they have to do an area Bout 6ft waid which the contract was to do entire home. There work was beyond sloppy work, they miss spots and I had to keep correcting them, they did damage a good concrete bricks because they were unprofessional using the grinder and they were rushing careless very loud and stubborn team, I complained about them to the owner but yet he did sent them again. They still need to come back to fix a spots they miss, the owner keep promising that will come back but this over two months now, he has no control and lt appear he dont cear either because he did get his money. I do not recommend this company at all, thy may had good reviews in the past, but be careful now, you will be wasting your time and money. This is the worst company I ever dealt with.

We had an excellent experience with Stan and his crew. They finished the tuck pointing job in one day and did an amazing job. We will definitely use them again in the future for other work.

The gentleman was attentive until he got the money for the deposit he request to start the project. We keep calling the pro and he is just giving us the runaround and has not done our project.

I live in Florida and my home that needed work is in Chicago. I got the company name from Angieâ s list along with several other companies. Four companies went out to give be estimates on the work. Ryan from Royal Construction was the most patient and understanding of my situation. He was thorough and detailed about the cost and time involved. Even when I told him I needed to get other estimates he was understanding and kind. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision as some of the other companies did. He and his grandfather may be a small business but they go that extra bit to not only get the work done correctly and in a timely fashion but to treat the customer with respect and patience. I recommend this company and Ryan 100% to anyone needing tuckpointing or similar work in the Chicago area.

My chimney needed tuck pointing and brixks needed replacing. The work was done efficiently. I was kept up to date as to when the work would begin. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Royal construction was a pleasure yo work with!! They are reliable, professional, and get the job done right! The removed a deck, replaced the roof underneath, and reinstalled the deck. The crew was polite, professional and hardworking. They also replaced and added some gutters and downspouts to fix a water drainage situation as well. This immediately resolved my problems and iâ m no linger worried every time it rains. They took care of a couple of other issues as well. Their pricing is great and so is their service. They have a customer focus that is very rare in the home improvement/construction arena. The prople running this business have been in the industry for almost 50 years and you can see why!! Highly recommend and would hire them again without hesitation!
