Royal Construction

We were extremely pleased with Royal Construction. We had thought that our chimney would have to be torn down and rebuilt. To our great surprise we were told that it could be done by removing the bricks that were in poor condition and doing a major regrout. The project was done quickly and well. The cleanup was wonderful. We definitely would hire this company again.

Stan, George, Mike all excellent people to work with. They took in account our budget and timing, worked with our schedule and delivered a great product on re-finishing our front door and stoop that we could not have done without them. The result is no more damage to my house and long lasting product. Thank you.

Great, quick work. There was a slight misunderstanding by the workers about one aspect of the job & Stan had it fixed pronto and well.

Stan is a real people person who really cares about pleasing his customers. I got several estimates for the job we wanted done, and his was the lowest and that's what I ended up paying. He sent professionsals to do the work that were courteous and did a great job (at least it looks great to my untrained eye) and cleaned up after they were done. I definately would recommend Royal Construction, and if I ever need any more work done I will call them again.

The exterior stucco patch work met our expectations and the interior repairs and painting exceeded our expectations. The job was completed as stated for a fair price and the attention to debris clean up very much appreciated. We are so happy with the results we have hired Royal to perform additional work on our home. They are busy this time of year but it was worth the wait.

Stan gave me a great deal and worked around my time frame i wanted it to get done by. The job was done right and looks great.

I was very happy that he checked both inside and outside before starting. Everything was done professionally and I was pleased to have his company do this job. I had a brick wall that was letting water through and deteriorated the wall, and he took care of it. Even my neighbor is impressed with the work he's done for us!

Royal fix some bricks that had fallen out from water damage and tuck-pointed my chimney. They were very timely in quoting the project and flexible in doing additional work that was needed once we got into the project.

Royal replaced some windows. They went beyond what they had to do, and the work looks great.

Royal Construction was did a good job of installing my gutter covers. As with most sales people, they are very aggressive in getting you agree to sign right away. The gutter covers I had installed were functional and cheaper than the alternatives. The only problem is the color.. they are bright white and clash with the color of my house.

I hired Royal Construction to work on some wood rot issues my home was having. All of the wood rot is now gone and the work looks great. Stan and his crew did a great job.

After reading his 5.0 ratings I contacted Stan for a whole house minor tuckpointing. I would have to concur with his 5.0 rating. Stan and his workmen were efficent, through, professional and a strong focus in customer satisfaction. In todays world, its refreshing and motivating in meeting someone like Stan. A person who cares and stands by his promises. Highly recommended!

Good efficient workmen. They knew what needed to be done and did it quickly. I had a small problem after they left and they returned with no hassle and corrected it..

Stan is customer-oriented and used capable workers. My project was a very small -> repair of a small section of siding. The cost for my project from Stan/Royal was half of the competitor's estimate, so objectively I received good value. When the worker finished I had a question about one of the panels that was not replaced and was told that it was not necessary and why. Later in the day my wife and I confirmed that it should have been replaced. I emailed Stan with a picture of the issue, but did not ever hear back. Caveat: if you hire for a small project , follow-up might be a problem.

Only one day after finding this company, Stan was here with a good explanation of what he was going to do for me. He and his worker came two days later to access what materials were needed, and the next day he came and did a perfect job. Way better than I even thought was needed. I will gladly use this company again when I need work done on my home.
