My building has had leaking issues around the balcony doors for years and multiple contractors have come in to attempt to fix the issue before. These other companies were extremely expensive and did not respond after the fact when the "repairs" did not work. Not only is Stan professional, timely and good on his word but he also did the work for a great price and guaranteed the work for 25 years. I am so happy with the work and this guarantee has eased my mind on any issues I may have in the future. I will absolutely use Royal Construction again and encourage any other home owners to give them a shot....you will not be disappointed!

Ideal professional for a young family. Stan is highly professional and they type of guy who walks you through the job. He is as much a teacher as he is giving young people the opportunity to see the work done while in process. Time frames were incredibly consistent.

Promptly received a call from Stan who came by the next day and after evaluating the work needed gave me a quote. It was very reasonable and though I was worried, his reviews were quite positive so I hired him. Turns out my fears were unfounded. As soon as weather permitted, his crew arrived, finished the same day and cleaned up thoroughly after completion. I would recommend Royal Construction to anyone and intend to use them again for some other projects.

Work was done excellently. Eventually. I had to call them back to finish the job. They came the next day to finish up. But I should not have needed to call them back in. They should have done it properly in the first place. And, although it looks great, the job was done in a different fashion that was described when the contract was signed. Much less material was removed. Not sure the work that was actually accomplished was worth the price contracted for.

While other companies wanted to replace my entire house's siding, Royal was willing to fill in the siding required when a window was closed during remodeling. They crew were friendly, came on time, pointed out potential problems and cleaned up nicely. I was so pleased, they will be doing my roof next week!

Stan was great to deal with. The mason was polite and did a great job. I liked the fact that Stan called right after the job was complete to make sure that I was completely satisfied!

They installed decorative siding on our gables because we had damage on our very old home. They saved the good pieces and fixed other loose pieces. Nice crew. Personable, hardworking, did not leave a mess at night.

Stan called and we set up an appointment for him to come out and give his assessment. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He looked at the problem, and gave us his estimate. He was very upfront in giving his estimate and we decided to go forward with the work. Stan said the crew might not be able to get to it for a couple of weeks but they came out five days later and finished the job in one day. The leak was because of poor insulation behind the siding. George and his crew removed the siding and insulated the area, then re-attached the siding (in three different places). They did a great job. We will certainly use Royal again. After agreeing for Royal to do the work, Stan said the work crew might not be able to get to it for a couple of weeks, but they came out five days later and finished the job. The leak was caused by poor insulation and an opening had developed, allowing the water to come in. They took the siding off and repaired the area, then were able to reuse the siding.
