He gave me a good price on vinyl siding for my garage and got the job done in record time. Royal also helped reinstall a flower box that needed to be moved during the installation, which was very important to me. After a tree fell on my house, I needed some roofing/soffit/fascia repairs, all new siding, and all new gutters. Royal took care of everything, with quality work at a fair price. They also ended up fixing a hole in my deck caused by part of the fallen tree. A word of advice: be upfront with Stan! If you have a problem with the work, let him know and he will do everything he can to make things better - this is what earns him all these five-star reviews.

We were having insurance work done on our home and was left out in the cold by our previous construction company,I found Royal on home advisor gave them a call on a Saturday morning and Stan the owner was at our home that afternoon. He agreed to work with the insurance company for the money that was left over from the previous project in order to finish our home. And they actually did... we had a complete roof tear off, and our siding, and gutters were replaced.

Stan is great to work with. Very "old school" hands-on approach. He came out to the house, looked over the project with me, explained several crucial points about the project, gave me a few options according to my budget and finished by quoting me a very reasonable price. The workers came out as promised and finished in a timely manner. My wife and I are very satisfied with the arrangement and plan on calling Stan out again for future projects. Thanks again Stan.

They did a nice job of installing siding on my garage, replaced the garage door, replaced a couple of leaky sections of gutter and caulked the side of my house. I had a relatively small brick/masonry repair job, and it was done perfectly. Within hours of setting up the job on homeadvisor, we had a walkthrough scheduled and a few days later scheduled the work. After it was done, I noticed a part that was missed and Royal took care of it within a few days. He always answers his phone, and made it clear that if I wasn't happy with anything he would take care of it. Great job.

Small project required professional expertise. Services were excellent. I paid more than I wanted but the job was done professionally and I have "peace of mind."

Update: They came back and fixed all of the things I was unhappy with. I hired Royal Construction to put aluminum trim around the 13 windows of my single family home. It cost $1200-- about $100 of that was for materials, the rest for labor. These guys did a pretty poor job. They showed up unannounced about two weeks after we signed a contract and went to work. On one window, they cut a piece of trim that was too small and instead of cutting a new piece of the correct size, they just jammed a small piece in there to fill the hole. They didn't caulk any of the upper windows and I called repeatedly for weeks to get them to come back and finish the job. My upper front windows are still not caulked. The caulk in some areas is already pulling away from the window ledge. Other windows have caulk smeared on the glass. I have photos of the work they did on my house, if anyone cares to see them.

Work was done as contracted. All area of work was cleaned. Great job!

Our home had been hit by a ton of bricks, really. Our insurance approved residing one side of the house. The existing siding was over thirty years old and difficult to match. Stan and his crew, headed by George, located a source for the matching siding over 50 miles away. We were under time pressure because we are selling. Stan promised to take care of us. They were awesome. The new siding matched perfectly. They stayed until 8:00 p.m. to make sure they finished on time for us. We are really thankful and would recommend them to anyone. With Stan, his word is his bond.

My project was vinyl siding. I was told my project would be started after 3 weeks. In actuality, they completed the project 5 weeks later. The first time they came to install the siding, they put the WRONG COLOR!! I told them several times which color I wanted. They said they won't charge me the rest, and to keep that color. They tried to persuade me by telling me the actual color I wanted was only a shade different. Yeah right. I told them to remove the siding. Then the day they come with the correct color they installed the siding sloppily. There work is of amateurs. After they completed the siding work, they immediately said the the work was done, and it was perfect and they needed the rest of the money. I told them I was not paying until all the issues were fixed. They came the next day and I showed them all the issues. They told me I was being "nit picky". Are they serious; my neighbors too were telling me the work was shoddy. All the siding had dirt all over it. They smoked and left cigarette butts on my ROOF!!! They damaged previous trim, and they said "that happens". I have been very patient through the whole process. All I can say is do not use these people for any work, unless you don't care about quality. I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW WHERE ALL THESE 5 STAR RATINGS ARE COMING FROM!!!!! Overall this company has unprofessional amateurs, who do lousy work, DON'T USE THEM. Both Stan and George are unprofessional, and shouldn't be in this line of work. They don't care about Customer Service.

Stan gave us a very fair price & did a great job. He had to replace some bricks & you can't even tell the difference between the old & the new bricks. I would use them again, if needed.
