They had good prices and got the siding and gutters put up. But when we had problems after they were done, getting them to fix the problems is nearly impossible. We had a piece of siding fall off and the window molding that was warped. It took them weeks to come out after numerous calls, and then they didn't fix the warped molding. Then we had one of our gutter guards fall off. We called them back in October. Got a promise to fix it. Then they never did it. I'm am tired of calling them over and over again to fix the installation problems. Update: February 2017. We called them again (George) to fix the window molding and the gutter guards that fell off. Got a promise of "next week" and then nothing. I have dropped my rating of quality; I can't drop my customer service rating any lower.

Stan the owner delivered what he promised. Good work on my siding installation. Very straight forward guy. Very competitive price. Did not cut corners in material, labor, time. No games, no surprises, no delegates. Answered phone by himself every time I had a question. Definitely will have him back for more projects.

Stan called very quickly and came right out to give me an estimate. He was very nice to work with and his crew did a very good job. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Stan's word is binding if he tells you that he going to have his guys over ASAP for the project you can bank on it. The job needed someone with Stan's experience. Stan always answered his phone if I had any questions as promised and the quote was great ! Stan is old school and reminded me how his word and the handshake of a man was his contract. Stan informed me that the project would be done in at least 10 days and the project was done in less time.

I came across Home Advisor on the internet and had never done anything like this before. Stan from Royal Construction got in touch with me immediately and set a date to come out the next working day to assess the project. This was a smaller project where the birds had eaten out all of the mortar from the brick on the stoop at the entry to our home. Stan had his tuckpointer out here within 3 days and we had him repair all the mortar on the stoop as well as go on the roof and tuckpoint the chimney. He also walked around the house and filled in any random gaps in the tuckpointing. His work was excellent, very neat and professional. He is an artist at what he does. Stan was very nice, gave a fair price, and got the job done in no time at all. Stan is always available by phone and answers his own phone and takes care of whatever you need. I would highly recommend Royal Construction for whatever your outdoor building needs might be, any job big or small. We are so relieved to have the brickwork repaired before winter sets in!!

Stan came out and gave us a good quote and said he'd do good by my sister. The project was done within 3 weeks of his original quote and in 2 days. My sister said they were very good, respectful and did a good job. She was very happy. Me too.

I hired this company from Home Advisors in May 2016, for gutter work and chimney. I checked out the reviews and all looked good, but I realized the reviews were OLD and not current after the fact. Warning to all, make sure that the reviews are current. Anyway, here's what I needed done on my mother's house per Stan the owner via contract. -remove gutters both sides and repair facia wood both sides -install new wood and cover facia with aluminum -clean out gutters and fix seams and reinstall -install flashing around both chimneys -new flashing and facia front -remove debris total cost $4000 and 3 months later I've had to call them to come back to install a new gutter above the bay window which was not done, called again because they installed leaf guards that i did not request causing the water to over flow, and it was not stated on the contract, so they had to remove them, called again because in the front of the house it was leaking from behind the cheap looking aluminum and needed to be caulked, went up to the attic window to see why it was leaking and come to find out there was a huge gap between the rusted metal that was already there and the aluminum, the aluminum was not touching the metal corner so that gap had to be caulked not once but twice, called again because the side of the house gutter was leaking this was this month September, 4 months later!!! This is 4 times that I needed to call this company and my original request regarding the chimney was to provide the before pictures and the after. Well I just received only one pic of the chimney and I could not believe it!!!!! George the head guy said that they put a membrane and tar. I asked him how long is that going to last, he replied a few years. Yeah the the tar will start cracking causing more leaks. I texted it to the owner Stan asking him if that looked like a professional job..His reply via text was "You want to look for a problem I will lein your mother's home and you can tell a judge your problem" these were his exact words, and he texted this while I was on the phone with the Home Advisor Rep putting in my complaint after seeing the job they did on my chimney. I wish I could post the photo, but it looked like a volcano exploded. I've requested from his top guy George who was at the job site every time to please provide me in writing the material used, all I was told that the material was quality A material, but they could not provide it in writing. I am posting this because I do not want anybody else to fall for this so called 5 star rated company. You have to really do your research even if the names are on websites such as Home advisors doesn't necessarily mean that the company is reputable. Those companies are also taking a chance in posting their names. Chicago, IL

Very professional. Worked 2 full days. Did the work as stated at a fair price. Would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others. In fact am already considering Royal construction for another project

When I called Stan within a day or two he came by my building and gave me an estimate. The price was reasonably and I expected the work to be done in 10 days. In 3 days his crew appeared and completed the tuckpointing in a few hours. The mortar matches well in terms of color and type. I am happy with the work and with the cost. I look forward to having more work done by Royal Construction.

stan's crew did the masonry work neatly and professionally. the area has previous work that starts okay and then fails, so stan's crew did great work and stan stands by me and that's important to me. he wants his work to have impact and to last. he's a stand up guy and he builds trust as well as building masonry. thanks, stan.

I had a few patches of stucco that needed repaired on my house. Stan came out and gave an assessment. Within a week the work was done- and done very well.
