I had a job to do which I couldn't find anyone to do (1 year looking). Royal came to the rescue, did a difficult job at a fair price. I will definitely use them again. Very happy with Royal's work!

We only needed a small chimney repair job and Stan quoted us a very fair price. Ed did an excellent job and was finished in just a few hours. Based on our positive experience, I would highly recommend them and will consider this company for all future outside home construction projects.

Kept their commitments and quality workmanship

I had a very positive experience with Stan and his crew. Stan was prompt and helpful in determining what I would need to take care of the issue I had. His price was not cheap but was reasonable and he was willing to work with me to meet my budget. His crew was courteous and completed the job in 2 half day increments. Stan returned at the end of the job to review their work and verify my satisfaction. I had a couple small cosmetic issues and he will be sending his crew back this week to complete my request. I am writing this prior to that because I am sure he will follow thru on that promise. He expresses a strong desire for customer satisfaction and to date he has lived up to that sentiment. let me start off by saying that I'm a contractor in the trucking industry for over 20 years. I have seen good guys & bad guys in that time and I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy. do not let they're good ratings fool you like they did me. so I hired Stan to do various small jobs around the exterior of my house. he originally said he would be out here for a week maybe 2 weeks depending on weather. they were here for over 6 weeks before I finally had enough and asked them not to come back. the main guy, George and his guys, would show up @ 10am and work half a day here then day there which got old real fast. then the work that they did too wasn't that good and they started doing work that was outside of the scope of work that I didn't hired them to do. one of the workers used my bathroom for #2 numerous times a day every day he was here. I had to clean up their garbage and tools/material after them so my dog wouldn't chew & eat whatever they left out. they would do side jobs for my neighbors while their equipment was at in my backyard for weeks on end. they would jump over my locked fence when I wasn't home to get their equipment and leave my front gate open and unlocked. the same guy who was using my bathroom none stop would go into my garage and use my tools. they also asked for half up front ($1900) then the other half was to be paid at the completion of the job per Royal Construction contract. well George asked for the other half payment well before they were done. so Stan came out and asked for another $1000 in cash stating that they were over 75% complete. I paid them $900 in hopes that would motivate them to finish and move on with our lives. well it got worse... the list goes on and on of what they did wrong. so I have to hire another contractor to finish/fix the work that I hired them to do. i had a very bad experience so BEWARE

HAD Stan at my home he is , prompt , trustworthy, knows and guaranties the job , signed the contract ,on 04/24 /2017 , then surprised me by sending his partner today early morning. DID every thing and explained what was wrong before , I am willing to use them for my other projects......

Had Stan back fixing my roof last week. Again Royal delivered every word they promised. They even went extra mile using better quality material without charging more. Appreciate them showing up over the weekend to get the job done. They are efficient, professional. Also I'd like to mention that the previous siding job I had them done over 6 month ago had some minor issues due to bad weather condition, once I called Stan, they showed up in no time and handled it. I am having them get back yard fence installed soon.

Royal Construction do a great job! I hire Royal Construction the first time for masonry repair and again this month for gutter and down spout installation. Royal Construction is prompt and professional and I have confidence in using Royal Construction for repairs at my home. I recommend Royal Construction.

Stan the owner came out and gave me a fair quote not the cheapest but surely worth the money on Thursday On Monday Said that they would start the job at the end of the week His man came out on Tuesday and finished that day Walked me thru what was done and did a fantastic job Would recommend to anyone who needs tuckpointing
