Very exceptional company

We were exceptionally pleased with Stan and his crew from Royal Construction. We hired them to side a garage at our son's home in Illinois and to install new gutters on the residence. Stan replied to our request for a quote immediately. The day he was supposed to come by for the quote, someone hit his car and it was not drivable. In spite of that, Stan called and said he would still be by for the quote. He secured a car and was able to show up on time for his appointment. I was just amazed by that type of professionalism. The quote was reasonable, the materials are great quality, and Stan even came out on a Saturday to deliver some color samples after the job was quoted. The work was done well and finished quickly. His crew was polite, quiet, skilled, and professional. There was a slight mix-up on the color, but the next day, the correct color was delivered and the job was completed seamlessly and on time. All the debris was cleaned up and removed, lights and fixtures were returned to pre-construction spots, and our formerly shabby garage looks brand new. Stan is the kind of guy who takes a personal interest in all the details of each job and he cares very much about customer satisfaction. These old-fashioned values, follow-through, and attention to detail are a rarity. I would use Royal Construction again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend him to anyone needing siding or other construction work.

Stan came out quickly and on time as promised. Gave us good advice; we wanted value, as well as quality, anticipating staying in our home for next 5-8 years, (we are seniors). Workmen "worked;" interacted with us as we asked questions, adapted to some simple requests/ changes. Have hired for a smaller job come late August. Highly recommend.

The owner Stan is a nice man who cares about the job being done. One of his associates, Eddie does fine tuckpointing work and went beyond what I had expected for the job.

The owner came out - but did not go on the roof to inspect the chimney. My husband told him to send a guy to get on the roof to look closer before finalizing the agreement on price. My husband did sign what he thought was a "Quote" Agreement. The owner wanted 1/2 down and the other on completion. He said they would wait for the initial check to go ahead. (They did not accept credit cards.) Instead of waiting for our down payment, he sent a guy out (over the 4th of July Holiday) and instead of inspecting the work...this guy did the job! (We found out through our renter, because we called him to tell him we would have another guy out for a quote at 8am...not to be alarmed when someone arrived at that hour to go on the roof.) But the renter told us someone was on the roof - doing the job! It was the guy sent by Royal! We called Royal immediately and complained however the owner said he didn't know the job was being done! He told my husband to inspect the job when it was done and if we didn't like it - we didn't have to pay him. Well we did...and we took pictures. Very sloppy workmanship! Haven't paid him yet...but he's called us three times in one day so far. Not happy!

I have used this company on two separate occasions. Very professional, I love them and my new windows and siding!

Excellent job, done right at a very fair price

Royal did 3 jobs. Took out cabinets and was able to reuse. Put window in and will brick it in. They did a great job on clean up. They work quickly.

Bob and Norman installed the job. Both were very skilled, professional and friendly. Nice guys and quality craftsmen. They explained every aspect of the job to me and showed me the detailed work and preparation as they installed my vinyl siding. They even capped a window I forgot to include in the quote for free. I highly recommend Royal Construction.

Stan was wonderful to work with, very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job fixing some spots on our brick garage that were falling into disrepair. I am very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the project.

Very friendly and great price. Stan helped work with my budget to get the job done. I had my chimney and lower side of the house retuck-pointed. They finished the job in a day and matched the other tuck-pointing around the house perfectly.

Royal construction did a great job. There were some areas that were left uncaulked, and when I mentioned it to the project manager, he had it addressed immediately. There are areas I noticed later where the caulk on the window sills was very messy, it was applied heavily and not cleaned up. It makes it look like it was rushed. Other than that, I thought they did a wonderful job and I plan to contact Royal for future projects.
