Royal Construction was very professional they completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left.

Very experienced to talk to, very nice, trustable man you believe, but he is not ! 100% liar, his aim only for money he did not perform the job, and yet he wants to take the money. Looks like he hires someone to perform the job. He does not have his own employees. I paid lots of money for garbage. Do not hire him.

The company was always on top of things and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I appreciated the care and concern.

They came out and did a great job and were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

Stan gave us a very competitive price on siding our back porch and completed the job quickly and professionally. We were so satisfied with the work that we have now hired them to do our garage.

GREAT WORKMANSHIP. ONE MANAGER OVERSEEING 3 MEN CREW. JOB WAS DONE IN 4 DAYS. INSTALLED INSULATION ON ALL WALLS AND REPLACED BAD WOOD. TOOK ALL DEBRIS AND CLEANED EVERYTHING. STRONGLY RECOMMEND ROYAL CONSTRUCTION FOR ANY PROJECT YOU WANT TO DO.

Royal Construction did a fabulous job, if there was a better rating i would definitely rate this company higher. i recommend them highly... And very nice people.

Very god and caring management and technician

Stan was wonderful to work with! He gave us an extremely fair quote and followed through very professionally. We had tuck pointing done and replaced the lintel over our garage from a previous addition prior to our purchase of the home. Stan walked us through how they were going to replace the lintel and was present to oversee the job. We feel a lot more confident about the structure of our home now. I would highly recommend royal construction to friends and family.

He should stand by the contract. Did not start 10 days after starting the contract.

Great job tuck pointing top third of chimney. One man crew completed job in one day, two weeks after deposit was paid to Stan. Replaced some bricks and applied sealant. Even fixed a crack they discovered in bricks on side of house unrelated to chimney. Would definitely recommend Royal Construction and would hire them again.

Good job by Royal construction. First Stan came and gave me a reasonable quote and then Peter and Jimmy came, finished the job and cleaned up in a professional manner. They were friendly and answer each question I had.

Stan was very responsive and always answers his phone; you work and speak directly with him, not a third party. He is very straightforward and does what he says he will do. Very competitive pricing and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get siding or DryVit work completed.

I highly recommend Royal Construction. Stan is straight forward and to the point on the estimate. His crew did a great job on our chimney and communicated with us throughout the process. They were here on time, got the job done within three hours and cleaned up. Impressive!

Incomplete job for $1400. There were specifications under contract called the company afterwards to let him know about it. No follow up, made up to this moment.

Work done on schedule. All three crew members were very presentable. Clean up done well. My chimney should last for years.

Do not hire this company for anything. They tell you everything you want to hear but then do not finish the job. My home was better off before they started work and it has been over 1 year now, and they still have not completed the work. They keep saying they are coming back to finish and never do. The work done to rebuild my chimney was excellent. Stan provided a reasonable estimate for a relatively small job. No other contractor responded with an estimate. Job well done!

They completed the job the same day. They left the area clean. They were the most affordable company.

FIrst off Stan is a no nosense guy. He made us an extremely fair offer and we excepted it. 2nd his crew showed up every day at the same time. They were meiticulous during the entire process. 3rd At the end of each day they cleaned up and checked with us about the work quality. 4th Daily we had neighbors we never spoke stop to and they were impressed by the workmanship. 5th This review may sound to good to be true but at least 5 others neighbors asked me for this buisiness card.
