Stan is a true to his word. He said his they could start working in 3 weeks and they did. He said they could get it done in one day and they did. It was a fixed price, half down, other half on completion. No nickel and diming and no hemming and hawing about what needed to be done. I am extremely happy with the whole process and his services. Would definitely recommend.

I had numerous small areas of tuck pointing that needed to be repaired. I had read that construction companies frequently do not want small jobs but need someone to do this. I received a call from Stan(the owner) promptly. He came out the next day to see what needed to be done. He told me the same thing that it was a very small job but he gave me a price that was acceptable (taking into account he needed to pay his workers and make some profit). Stan said that they probably would not be out for 2 weeks or so. Much to my surprise they came the next week. His workmen were quick and very nice. Even put up with my nosiness about the job. They finsihed quickly and made sure I saw what all they had done. They did more spots than I saw and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

Customer service was amazing! From the top of the company (Stan the owner) to the person who did our repairs (Carlos). It was service with a smile. Everyone we had contact with was just so pleasant and accommodating. And, to tell the truth, the price was right also.

The owner, Stan, does some of the best customer service in the business. He personally comes out before and after the project is done. This gives me great reassurance that if there are any problems or issues, they will be dealt with. In addition, he also gave us a very fair quote for the work done. Very good company.

Stan from Royal construction was very professional and easy to work with- he arrived early or on time to all our appointments and was honest about the work that needed to be done on our house. His quote for tuck pointing our house was very affordable. His staff was polite and hardworking. I highly recommend using Royal construction.

I totally recommend Royal Construction for future renovations. The price was very affordable to my budget. Timing was perfect and the crew were excellent and easy to talk too.

Stan was a very nice man. While it took longer to get the windows then we thought, they were very helpful throughout.

I normally do not write a lot of negative reviews but Stan has given me no option and really gotten me to question the validity of reviews/ratings on List. On 6/13/2020, I put in a general request for a quote for vinyl siding repair on the List because we have a loose piece of siding on my house that is resulting in water intrusion at all levels. This was an acute problem that I needed to get addressed fairly quickly. Stan called me within minutes of my request for quotes. He was a sweet talker and espoused his old-fashioned business sensibilities and told me to read his stellar reviews as they spoke to the quality of his work and the experience Id have. He offered to come by that day and give me a quote on the spot (very savvy of him as it gave me the advantage of being a first mover and got me to commit before others even had a chance to respond). He came by within two hours and I found him to be very pleasing. He looked at my siding and gave me what appeared to be a sound Dx. While he was out here, I asked him if he could quote on some other jobs including tuckpointing work and a few other small things elsewhere in my home. He was more than happy to oblige. I asked him if he could email me a quote later. He said he did not know how to do that stuff and it was his policy to provide a quote on the spot. So, he gave me an old-fashioned handwritten quote for the work. The combined quote for all the jobs was $1800 and it was my fault for agreeing right away w/o waiting to get other quotes. He asked me for 50% down right away which I wrote him a check for. Very dumb of me as I fell for the combination of the great reviews online (which he kept mentioning), the fact that he seemed to be a pleasing guy with a lot of experience, and his savviness of hitting me up before I had time to think through possibly going in another direction. He gave me a copy of my order and THEN told me he was backed up and that a crew would be out to do the tuckpointing in ~2 weeks and another to do the siding in ~3 weeks. That was disappointing for me given the acute problem I had with the siding and at that point, I should have broken the deal off, but as the rain was not in the forecast, I figured it should be OK. Two weeks later on 6/28, I got a call on from a person saying they were coming the very next morning to do the tuckpointing work. While I had to rearrange my schedule, I was able to and a crew of 3 showed up the next morning to do the work which was completed in 1/2 day. On 7/16, we had a few days of rain coming up so I called to check the status. I left a detailed VM with my name, address and referenced the agreement. Within about 10 minutes Stan called me. Even though I had left a detailed VM, it seemed like he did not knows who I was or what I was calling about. This was quite alarming. I calmed down and explained who I was and game my address and recounted the work we had agreed to. He said he remember (!) and would send out a crew in the next few days. A crew never came by. work was not done. Almost a month later on 8/10 after an extraordinary Derecho storm in the Midwest, where I witnessed my siding flapping in the wind and we had water come into my home, I called Stan at Royal again and left an angry message. An exact replay of the exchange on 7/16 happened! Stan called me back and asked who I was and what I was calling about (despite the detailed message I had left minutes earlier). This time I had a short fuse and demanded the work be taken care of or I will be issued a refund. Stan assured me the work would be done within the week. It is now over a week later and no word from Stan and zero sign of any crew. I am amazed at how irresponsible and unprofessional this is. For the life of me, I cannot understand how he has such great ratings from List and really calls into question if I should use List in the future. EDIT: A year later and he never came. I guess I paid $900 for the tuck...

Stan is one of the most honest person. He won t rip you off and will say outright what is right and wrong.The people who Stan had sent to come and fix our chimney we re highly professional and very nice.They finished their work right on time.At the end of the job Stan came and inspected everything. After having such a wonderful experience with him we wanted him to do our front walkway and steps, we even gave him an advance but due to some financial reasons we can t do it anymore, after explaining everything to Stan he promised he would give us our full amount back without any hard feelings.I have already referred him to a couple of friends and would definitely work with him on other future projects.The best thing about his work is that it s thorough and everything is cleaned afterwards.We love his positive attitude.Thank You Stan and Thank you Royal Construction.

I had tried for almost two years for Stan to fix the number of issues they left with the siding on the house. He would always say he would send someone to fix it and they never did. Wanted me to call his guys to come out??? Stan does not stand behind his work and the siding work does not look like it was done by professionals. I would not recommend Royal construction for siding.

I was very pleased with the work that was done but also with Stan's pleasant manner, along with his worker. I certainly would recommend them.

Very honest. Tells you what's wrong and doesn't cut corners tells you what you need done. Courtesy and friendly and explained everything that needs to be done in full detail. All in all very pleased with them and the job they did. I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased not only with the excellent work Stan's crew did, but also with the timeliness of their service. We met with Stan to discuss the project and his guys came out the very next day to start the work. They completed it in two days. Very responsive and efficient!

Stan provided a fair price for the work contracted and crew was top notch!!! They were safe, courteous, efficient and did a great job cleaning up after completed. I would definitely hire them again!!!

Royal Construction recently completed tuckpointing on the front of our house. Stan provided an estimate, then planned the work for the next week. The work was completed while we were on vacation, so I was able to check it out upon return. The brick work was excellent, and now the area under my stairs is completely dry. The skim coat over the concrete sealed up the cracks and gives a uniform covering of the stairs. There were a few light spots, so Stan sent his crew out to recover them. I am happy with the completed job, and Stan was very responsive to my requests. I would recommend him for tuckpointing, and will consider him for other projects going forward.

Had to do the work twice, still not done right or completed. Left equipment on my roof, refused to provide a refund and threatened my life over the phone! Stay far away from Royal! Stan is a gem until he gets his money, then will do everything he can to swindle over the consumer. Police and FTC report filed.

The outside of my 2 car garage was in desperate shape, paint peeling, gutters missing, windows rotting. Royal Construction covered the entire garage, covering up one unnecessary window at my request, installed new gutters and downspouts and replaced 2 windows. It's like I have a brand new garage. Extremely pleased with the work.

Royal Construction provided outstanding tuckpointing for our house. We have an approximately 100 y/o brick house that needed some tuckpointing. Stan isolated the required work and gave a fair price. The work is excellent. Also, he provided sealing around the foundation and brick joint as an added benefit of the job. I highly recommend. Very responsive.

We had multiple companies come out to our home to check our exterior brick walls, Stan from Royal immediately put me at easy, I could tell he knew what he was doing and that ultimately made our decision easy. The work was done exactly as it was explained it would be and to our satisfaction. Everything was done while I was at work but the person in charge of the crew sent photos of the progress and made sure they addressed all of our needs before cleaning up the work area and leaving. Completely a positive experience.

My uncle passed away suddenly, and Royal was so polite, ensuring me that the bill had been paid for the work done just weeks agi. Through all the other paperwork, it's nice to have this settled so easily.

Royal performed stucco repair and clad window frames in aluminum. 3 months later, repaired stucco is delaminating and falling off the house and aluminum window sills are sloping in towards the house and water is coming inside the wall. Tried calling and leaving messages for 3 weeks now and no returned calls from Royal. Other poorly performed work is evident as well. Following up on their response. I left more than 10 detailed messages with my contact and have not been called back except for one pocket dial so I know they are getting my calls.

Stan was very professional. He came and gave us a reasonable quote for the tuckpointing job. His guys came on the planned date and completed the work on time.
