Stan was great to work with. He promptly estimated the work, provided a written proposal and his crew showed up when they were supposed to. Carlos, Edward and Natalie did a great job on the brick replacement and tuckpointing work. They arrived when they were supposed to, were super polite and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend Royal Construction for your tuckpointing and/or brick project.

Stan was great. He answered my request quickly and came by the next day to quote the job. He gave a fair and honest price for tuck pointing repairs. His workers were friendly and did a fantastic job.

Worked with Stan for the estimate. I thought it was reasonable and he described very accurately what needed to be done. The crew came out within a week and tuck pointed the chimney above the roof, repaired the top piece, installed the cap and repaired other brick work as necessary. The work was done professionally by an experienced craftsman. They answered all my questions and explained in detail what they did. Clean-up was performed immediately after the work was completed. Chimney looks great and I expect the repairs to last for years. Highly recommend this company and the crew who performed the work. I am very satisfied and will refer friends and family to Royal Construction.

Well, you get what you pay for. Stan did give me the lowest quote for a small vinyl siding replacement on a back porch. Communication wasn't great. I had to reach out every couple weeks, materials were hard to find. I totally understand that but it really should have been communicated to me instead of me having to always contact them. I am not happy with how the vinyl siding turned out. It's sloppy work. the drip edge over the window looks like a bear chewed it up first then attached it. I was told caulking would fix it. It didn't. Made it worse because the caulking on the sides of the window is also super sloppy. They also didn't add an backer rod where the vinyl siding meets the brick. So the clear silicone is sunken in and they only went half way down and it spotty. One of the outside corners of the trim is missing. when I asked why they didn't connect them and voiced my concern for water potentially getting in there, they said "there are a hundred different ways to do that, that's one way" So needless to say, they didn't fix it. The other window is trimmed crooked at the bottom. It's not super obvious but I see it. They also cut the sides on my over hang without telling me they were going to do that. I understand why they did it. And it doesn't look bad. But on top of everything, I should have been told about it. It's just a really sloppy job when you look at the details. I paid them just to get them done and out. I called Stan after the job to get a receipt and told him I hadn't planned on reviewing his company because I wasn't happy. He said he would get me receipt and stop by to talk to me and look at the work. Even offered to get someone else to fix. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no receipt and no Stan. Also, why are all the reviews from 2012 and 2011?

Work was done in a timely manner. Knowledgeable owner and skilled team. Work is excellent.

Stan is wonderful to work with! He takes the time to explain all aspects of the project, when the work is contracted, to ensure that the customer knows exactly what will be done. George and his crew are also excellent! They not only do top quality work but they also review the job before the work begins and again at completion of the work . Throughout the whole process Stan remains easily accessible by phone. It is unusual to encounter such commitment, professionalism, and dedication in a construction company.

Stan is very professional. He explains the project in detail and will entertain any question you may have. You call him and he will answer his phone after a few rings, unlike other companies where all you get is voice message. Workers also were very professional. Easy to deal with. Our condo building is a vintage six-flat building dating back to 1914. Around 1970, the back sleeping porches were enclosed into offices to add more square footage to each unit. The old aluminum siding dates back to 1970 and we had a structural failure in that siding, due to the extreme cold this winter with frozen gutters and downspout, an ice dam on the roof, and significant water damage in four of the six units. Stan Projansky from Royal Construction came out quickly to assess the siding problem, gave us a quote and got the materials for the job. The replacement of siding was scheduled quickly. His company did not just tear off the old stuff and put up new siding. They had to repair some structural issues with the old hidden sleeping porch railings (that had been enclosed in the walls) and shim several windows which had shifted slightly due to the building settling over nearly a century. Once they fixed all the problems, then they installed the brand new vinyl siding. They made it right!
