Description of Work: We contracted them to install 16 new double pain glass windows. The installation took over a year and one half. Their installer either showed up late or not at all. Numerous windows arrived damaged or not the correct size and had to be sent back and replaced often with the same issue several times. |Staff was very nice but communications between the factory, shipping and management personal was subpar at the best.

Description of Work: WindowWorks did a very professional one-day installation of 4 windows. The windows were excellent quality, low-E windows which made a HUGE difference both during the summer and winter. Our air conditioning bill was substantially lower (>20%) compared to the previous year, and the winter heating bill was also lower by 10-15%.The sales and service was professional and knowledge. I recommend this provider.
