 + 1 moreI have absolute no complaints about TMD remodeling. Tom is very hands on contractor to deal with, he finished my bathroom inside of 2 weeks with tenants living in the unit at the same time. His pricing and workmanship is number one with me and my thinking of remodeling contractors. Tom is very conscious of his work and his workers and what they do for me as the customer. Not once did he complain about the anything on my job, or try to up charge $$$$ me at all.
Description of Work: Completely gutted out and rehabbed a very old bathroom, relocated all my plumbing, electric wires, lighting, flooring, installed all new bathroom fixtures, change drainage piping, installed all new ceramic tile, he also went to Home Depot and helped me pick out the plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile, he gave his input of what style and colors would look best for my job. He also picked up all material from Home Depot. He did all this in the Dead of Winter in between snow storms in the Wrigleyville neighborhood in a 3rd floor apartment in a 3 flat apartment building. This apartment is going 3 flights of stairs with ice and snow on them. This is an exterior staircase not enclosed at all, exposed to all the weather condition at all times, 24/7. Because of all the snow the Chicago area was getting this last winter, all 80 inches of record breaking snow!!!

Tom worked with me to meets all my expectations to the last detail. Highly recommended any time of day to anyone who needs any improvement needed done at home.

Description of Work: Had Tom come out and give me estimate for putting 5 new doors in at my place. The estimate was pretty close to what the cost was and Tom even stopped and pick the doors up and reframed the door ways. Very happy with the quality of service that was performed. I would recommend and use him again.
