Molly Maid of Bloomingdale

I've used them for 5 or 6 years and they come every 3 weeks to clean for me. I do not have the pricing right now but feel you definitely get great value for the services received. Every 3 or 4 months they send out a survey to make sure they're doing a good job for me. I let them know I feel they take pride in what they do and give an excellent and detailed cleaning. They're also very friendly, accommodating, and easy to do business with. They're constantly asking for feedback and take that very seriously. If anything goes wrong they are right on it and it is fixed to my satisfaction immediately.

I've been using them for probably six or seven years. They follow your instructions and if anything is wrong they'll make it right. They're just great. They're reliable, trustworthy, and do what they say they're going to do.

They sent two people here to clean, and it took them three hours to clean and the finished result was not good. They unplugged things that didn't need unplugged. Their was a language barrier. Their customer service was rude. To top it all off they did not clean well. I had to remind them of things to do such as cleaning the large mirror on the wall.

I have used them for four years for housecleaning service. Within the past months I had some severe cleaning issues such as: floors not being thoroughly cleaned, furniture not being vacuumed, window sills not being cleaned, items not being dusted and many other things. I notified the owner of the business who came out with the team to inspect the items of issue and the team re cleaned. To correct the situation the owner sent quote ?the best team? for my next cleaning and that cleaning also had severe cleaning issue many of which the same as the last cleaning issues. The cleaners also broke a piece of Murano glass. I was also promised at the end of the clean that a manager would be out to inspect the work and that did not happen. I contacted the office and informed them of the poor cleaning and the broken item and I requested the owner of the franchise to contact me. I was promised a return call within several hours. After several hours had past I contacted the office back and was informed that the owner was actually on her way for a new estimate appointment. It wasn't until the very next afternoon that I received a call from the owner. She proceeded to tell me about the service guarantee where they send a team out with in 24 hours to re clean if you are unsatisfied, but after several previous severe issues and this snowballing issue I informed her that I didn't want the team to come back out. She promised that the fee for the cleaning was adjusted and it wasn't until today that I found out they charged my credit card for the cleaning. Warning do not use their service!
