Their prices were lower, but they don't get the work done. In fact, they say they do work and just don't do it.
Description of Work: Roof repairs and annual preventative roof maintenance on a flat roof. I had a couple of quotes on repairing a leak and Funderburk's was significantly less than the other provider, but their repairs did not fix the problem and they said I would need to do additional work to completely repair the leak, providing me a quote that was significantly higher than the other competitor. Also, I had hired Funderburk to do preventative roof maintenance - including cleaning gutters - on the same (commercial) property. They said that the work was completed and send me an invoice but within weeks I noticed plant material growing from the gutters. I sent another roofer up to check it out and they provided photographs of the dirt and weeds that were growing in the gutter - clearly they had not been cleaned out within weeks or even months.
